Es Cana is a lovely bay, very clean and safe for children. There are wonderful resturants, something for everyone.

There are many beach restaurants and great bars in the resort. Not much of a 'Spanish' feel to the resort, but great for families. A fabulous ferry service to Ibiza Town (an absolute must for a culture fix) for a return fare of 13 Euro, taking in some fabulous landscape views along the way.

Es Cana resort was compact and easy to get around, plenty of bars ranging from more typical Spanish/restaurant type to English and loud! All seemed family friendly.

Very disapointed with the main beach, yes its long, but its not wide and was packed (we went at the end of may so goodness knows what it would be like in main season).

But.... good news is the beach in the next bay (calla Nova) 10-15 mins walk is excellent. Not packed, lovely sand and crystal clear sea, and nice beach bars!
Follow the signs to Calla Nova Camping site... opposite the Ereso Hotel,
Or you can go the coastal walk (20 mins)...carry on past Miami Hotel.. (abit tricky in places, not suitable for pushchairs etc..)

We had some bad weather and the storm brought in a huge amount of jelly fish, and the beach was not cleared up quickly, consequently it meant no one could get into the sea.

Some nice trips available from the harbour and the bus terminal is in a handy place.

Hippy Market...was packed and full of the usual stuff, nothing special.

Would return to this sleepy resort.

Resort was nice and quiet but I think that was because things had not got up and running when we was there but it did us. Things started to open up just as we werw coming home. But you must visit the marvent bar the staff and food are excellant the place to be great staff.

Small beach but we dont do beach so we did not have a problem with it. Can't praise the place enough, just go and enjoy !!!!!

Small bay shaped beach with nice sand and calm sea with an abundance of fish so ideal for snorkling. The bus service is good and there are boat trips to go on and also the land train which has several 3 hour trips for 12 euros which was good value. The resort was a bit quite when we visited in October so we had plenty room on the beach.

We stayed the last week of the season (19/10) so most things had closed for the winter so don't expect too much. A smallish resort but probably a lot going on in the summer.

I found this resort very good even though we went in october it was still quite lively and everyone seemed really friendly, the weather was also still nice with some hot days which was surprising.

Resort is kept clean although there are areas which could be worked on to improve this, the beach is clean and the sea shallow great for families with young children.

Varied entertainment around the resort to suit most tastes. also they have the hippie market each week. Although it does got very busy here in the summer months.

We will be coming back to this resort.
