This was our 2nd time in Ibiza and we weren't as impressed.
It was a lot quieter than we expected. We tried Playa D'en Bossa 3 times at various times of day & night and had to give up on finding much life. Figueretas is very picturesque, but very quiet.
It was a 20 min walk to Ibiza town, which was much livelier, but SO much more expensive (3 pints & an orange juice in the bar by the hotel was 8 Euros - same round in Ibiza Town 23 Euros) Just so you're ready for it !
Reason for saying we wouldn't go back is that, while the island is as gorgeous as ever, it has got very expensive and much quieter (probably cause & effect)

Lovely beach, nice restaurants and so cheap !! ...only 10 mins walk and ya right in the centre of Ibiza town..resort has kinda cosmopolitan feel about it....nice and quiet but close to the bars and nightlife of Ibiza town. Would def go back again....in fact we are on 21st May this year but trying sister hotel Maritimo...right on beach at Figueretas !!

Figuretas very pleasant with variety of restaurants to choose from.Whole area has a very cosmopolitan feel.Beach quite nice but not overly clean on some visits, felt a bit dubious letting my children dig in the sand for fear of what they would find!(fag ends, beer bottle tops, etc.)
Never seemed too crowded however, definite plus point, and overall very nice.

Figueretas itself is a very nice resort, with some excellent restaurants. Romagna Mia is an italian restaurant on the right (just passed marco's and soleano) which is extremely good, and a good price. The snack bars are a mixed lot, with a German place who's name i've forgotten being the best one.
Ibiza town is a 10 minute walk away, either along a main road or via a nice cliffside walk (just passed the Los Molinos and keep going). Playa d'en Bossa is 25 mins walk in the other direction, though you can get a cab for 5 euro, or a bus for even less. PdB is more of an "english" resort than Figueretas, with british style pubs etc.

Arriving in October we were quite disappointed that a lot of places had closed for the season. It was exceptionally quiet and didn't get to the water park as that too had closed. This was especially sad as we had wanted to visit this. In fact it felt as though the whole of Playa den Bossa was closed, it was like a ghost town. Didn't spoil our fun though we made good use of the beach and pool. Great time was had by all.

The resort was perfect, wild nightlife to the left and a lovely posh prominade to the right!
Lots of stalls for shopping and pressies
Restaurants a plenty - great for all the family as well as the young and old!
We went in the beginning of Sept and it was soooo hot!

Fairly quiet compared to other parts of ibiza - but this suited us. A 10 minute walk over the cliffs brought you straight into ibiza town - very colourful and a right eye-opener (must be done!)

lovely resort! Perferred Figuratus to Play den bossa but both have beautufl beaches with sports to take part in. Go ojn the peddle boats! (make sure u leave urself plently of time to get back to shore tho!) great restuarnts closeby and we particaly enjoyed goin to a restaurant across the way from the hotel. Night entertainment is good, try Moby Dick's if you prefer the younger scene! It is a friendly but crazy British pub! Brillant place!

We never really visited the beach because I'd rather the pool at the hotel (I don't like sand in everything), but it looked clean. There is some really nice restaurants. One in particular is just a 5 minute walk from the Hotel called Posiedon. We went there 3 times lovely food, clean and friendly staff. Also if you walk along the front in Figerates there is a couple of really cheap chinese restaurant which are lovely. You can have a starter a choice of different rices or noodles with a choice of dish, then a starter and then coffee for about £3 - bargain. If you want you can walk to Ibiza Town but we got taxis
