Block 2000 have views over the main swimming pool, which is really nice! Also, both A La Carte restaurants are well worth a visit, although the main restaurant has plenty of variety and high quality food also.

Our only gripe with Playa D'en Bossa is the riduculous amount of Africans touting sunglasses and Cd's on the beach.
You can hardly relax without being hassled by one of these unwelcome faces..

Accomodation aside, the resort is average. Nothing special. Pago Pago is a beach-front bar and restaurant and is very good. Restaurant Parasoles next door is also good. The beach is actually very nice once you get to a bit that's not packed. Other than that it's not very memorable. Further back from the beach it might as well be Blackpool.
So, if you like Benidorm or are a drunken, clubbing nutter between 15-25 then Apartamentos Jet/Playa D'En Bossa is the place for you. Other than that, staying in nearby Figueretas or Ibiza town might be more to your liking.

Playa Den Bossa is a great resort with a really long beach. The beach is a lot quieter towards the harbour where we found a great spot for the children to play and the sea is safe as its non-tidal. Not as much seaweed here as the other side of the beach.
There are taxi boats running to Ibixa town every half hour which takes approx 20-30 mins and cost 4.50 euros return per adult and free for kids. Ibiza town is a nice day out full of history and nice shops. Would have liked to have visited in the evening as its supposed to be a real eye opener but never got round to this.
The resort is only a 5-10 mins drive away from the airport which is great however playa den bossa is on the main flight path for incoming planes so it can get loud but this didnt bother us at all. The children enjoyed watching them come in.
Playa Den Bossa was quite a varied resort with plenty to do for all ages i.e. the clubs and bars on one side for the youn and single and fair rides etc for the children. There was also a mixed nationality which was refreshing in comparison to San Antonio which appears to be geared just at the Brits.
Excellent hoiday highly recomended resort.

as there's no hotel entertainment try Big Ben's, its an english entertainment bar (it plays all our soaps evey night and has every live footy match on about 6 tv's an a large projector)The dj Mark is excellent and brill with kids there always something going on here(out the hotel, right, follow road to bottom, turn left,100yards next to buger king) Beach was lovely shallow enough for kids and warm bit expensive for drinks so take your own. beds were 4 euros each. would come back again, hopefully without the kids!!!

Playa D'en Bossa itself is a very nice place to stay for young couples and families with older children. I would not recommend this for families with young children as there is not a lot to do to keep the kids entertained. During the high season as well there are a lot of young people around as the resort is becoming a clubbers area. One guy even tried to sell me and my girlfriend some drugs on the street. Not very ideal for young children at all. The beach is nice however it is getting samller and smaller so they have build a barrier out of seaweed to stop this happening so on certain parts the beach is covered in seaweed. I came to this resort when i was 11 years old and i thought it was great then, i'm now 18 and the resort for me has gone totally downhill. If your after a clubbers holiday you'll love it in the high season, if not look for when the clubs are shut and you'll get a quiet, relaxed holiday.

This resort has something for everybody from quiet areas to mind numbing. To the left end of the bay is the quiet marina area{half hour boats to Ibiza town etc}.
In the centre is a real mixed bag, family entertainment, shops and restaurants at the other end of the resort is space nightclub, the water park and of course the jet apts, which is aimed solely at the clubbers of this world.
The beach is fantastic and again could be divided into 3. Location of accommodation is key, so chose wisely to avoid disappointment.

Not the place for visiting as a family. We ventured out of the hotel a few times to visit the rides and the trampolines on the corner where the two streets meet but that was it.
The resort consists of two streets and isn't very big. If you're a twenty something clubber then this seems to be place for you. Around Bora Bora always seemed to be busy and invariable there would be police at the top of the road.
The beach however is top draw, lovely sand and a shallow slope into the clear blue sea

Very limited for choice. Many restaurants and I understand clubs, but not much in the way of family entertainment, especially if you are between 40 and 50. No competition between shops and they all sold the same thing. A very boring resort.
