The location was lovely, the beach was beautiful with clear blue waters. It was great to snorkel, the fish surrounded you even in shallow waters.
Even though you had to pay for sun beds on the beach, it was worth it for the privicy and tranquility. It was great to go sailing and canoeing regularly .
Though there were not many shops and the night life didn't get any further than the hotel.

Great beach, fantastic fish restaraunt, good snorkling. Thats about it really ! Oh, apart from 3 supermarkets that sell the same things.
My advice would be to play games on the beach, go swimming and drink beer all day long. Then when it comes to 11pm, you can go to sleep with the rest of the resort, because thats when everything shuts !

A quiet resort but ideal for families and in Ibiza your never far from anything anyway.

The resort was lovely and quiet. Suitable for families with small children.
There is a bus service to any resort the beach was always clean.

Puerto San Miguel is in the Nort of the island, and ~ 4km from the town of San Miguel.
Beach : It's a small cove with a coarse sand beach. The cove is used by a number of boats, so there are clear definitions between swimming areas and boat areas.
Water was crystal clear, and not much seaweed (obviously that can change with sea/weather conditions)
There's a smaller cove to the left of the main one, with a path leading to it. Only paid it a quick visit, but there's a bar on there, and a few people said it was perfect for snorkelling.
You can hire speedboats on the beach, and they sometimes have a banana boat going, plus a glass bottomed boat does 1hr trips several times a day.
There's a Road Train that runs several times a day to Portinax, but we didn't use it, so no idea on prices.
There's only one main street, which has several hotels & apartment complexes along it, along with several shops and several restaurants.
Prices are reasonable, but vary widely between the shops, so you want to check each one out (not that there are that many)
Cleanliness : I can't remember seeing any rubbish on the streets. Street bins were emptied regularly.
Entertainment : This is almost entirely based in the hotels, although you seem free to visit any of them for the evening entertainment.
There are a couple of large hotels that were pretty lively in the evening.
Taxi's cost ~€23 to Es Cana Hippy Market, and ~€30 to San Antonio/Ibiza town (we only used the Taxi to the Hippy Market).
There's a bus service each day to Ibiza Town, which also passes through San Miguel and several other villages. This was €2.15 per person one-way to Ibiza Town.
Wednesday, there's a bus to Es Cana & back (not sure about other days), and Tues/weds & I think Saturday there's a bus to San Antonio.
Car Hire was available from a couple of places, with prices starting at €45 a day for a Renault Clio. Watch out for the Excess though, I had a quick look at one, and it was a €450 excess.
For food & drink, you have a several restaurants, including an excellent Chinese. Some are in the main part of the resort, near the beach, others a little further out.
There is an English pub that serves a full range of UK beers (nice pint of Caffreys there), and an extensive menu.
They were willing to make anything they could that wasn't on the menu if possible, and you could also mix & match.
Unfortunately, the night we went, they barman/waiter took part of our order, went to check something & spent the next hour arguing with someone, and ignored all the customers, so we ended up walking out.
The resort is pretty small and remote, but there's a suprising amount to do in such a small area.
Highly recommended for families & those that don't want as lively a resort as San Antonio/Playa D'En Bossa etc.

The resort was beautiful and you can go to the bar over the road when all the action has finished at the San Miguel. You can hire your own speedboat which is great but a bit scary as you are unsupervised and do not get given a lifejacket!

The only fault that we could find is that are not a lot of shops. Upsetting for the ladies, great for the men. superb place to stay for all the family. Because it is so small & friendly, you feel that the children are safe. Lovely sea & spotlessly clean beach.

The resort was spotless, beach seemed to be freshly cleaned every day, lovely clear water and fish swimming around you. If you take popcorn down there they will eat from your hands!
A couple of restaurants which looked really nice, however no cash machine, but, if you are on the all inclusive, you won't need much, we spent less than 150 euros in 1 week for four of us.
Will definitely go back here again.

A quiet resort with a couple of (expensive) supermarkets and souvenir shops. If you are travelling with children still in nappies make sure that you take enough with you, - they are about £28 a pack out there.
The beach is clean and it's great fun feeding the fish.
