Not a bad hotel, a few minor repairs needed here and there with chipped tiles on the stairs as an example. But nothing life threatening.
Hotel has a pub attached which has entertainment, but also has a Woman Compare who loves the sound of her own voice, so only went in there once for the evening. Good tribute bands and food in there though.
For a last minute deal, the hotel did us fine, but my only gripe is that they closed one of the pools for 4 days to re-line it, meaning the other pool got a bit busy. Why shut a pool in the middle of peek season???
I have been in alot better hotels for less money, and would only go back to this hotel is it was last minute holiday!

I have visited this hotel 14 times since the age of 4 years old I am now 22 years of age and would like to come back again this hotel is nice all the staff are brilliant and esp the reception there is a man called beppe you cant miss him he is fantastic at his job and always happy to help love this hotel food and entertainment has always been thumbs up 5* for me.

Loved this hotel. It was spotless throughout.The staff were excellent and always polite and cheerful. We found the food good with great variety. The location is great nothing was to far away. Looking forward to going again next year.

Having arrived at this hotel when originally booked into the Hotel San Remo on an all-inclusive basis, we were 'very miffed' to say the least. We were not the only residents to experience this 'very last minute' change of accommodation i.e as we got out of the transport at the resort. At the last count - at least 15 of the parties we spoke to were in the same boat. But having arrived we decided to make the best of our stay.
The hotel was clean and reception staff were accommodating and helpful and room service was excellent. Kettle and t-bags would have gone down a treat!
Bar staff were a whole entire matter though - unhelpful, inconsistent, inhospitable, even dishonest! In fact, a constant battle for service - maybe the fact that around 20 residents were 'Guardia Civil' personnel had something to do with that. Which was also very disconcerting when they attended for meals in 'full' uniform.
This hotel was not set up for 'all inclusive' packages and we were well and truly dumped and when that's what you've booked for - it's really irritating. Food in the restaurant was a whole other matter. It was an adventure to see how the chicken was going to be disguised for the next meal. Never mind the fact that the holding trays were kept at below acceptable temperatures. (61.4 - 62). How we got out alive - well we ate salads and fruit....
Entertainment - let's not even go there. Ok -it was near the end of the season but standards and facilities should not be sub-standard when you pay hard earned money just like the visitors earlier in the season.
To sum up - we tried to make the best of it and some bits were good and some not so but we'll definitely be putting in a complaint to the tour operator for the change of accommodation. Maybe it would have been similar - we'll never know! Just beware if you're 'put' in this hotel.

Stayed in hotel ...glad it was for only 1 week.
Staff lovely, room lovely(make sure you request pool view otherwise it can get very noisey if out front), pool just ok but food was woefull most of the hot food was cold sometimes the cold food was hot...glad there was good food on offer in the area as we couldnt eat the food in hotel.
The best part was the entertainment in the Casa Blanca bar that was just brilliant couldnt fault the 2 brothers Ray "Salu" and "Smartie lover" Andy and the other entertainers they had every night.
Food there was lovely there and we ate our lunch there everyday just dont eat in hotel go to the "Casablanca" service with a smile and hot hot hot!!

excellent! thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent at costa sur hotel! food very good and staff friendly especially Paco but the entertainment at night was what made our holiday! Ray Moss is an excellent host and gets everyone joining in making the atmosphere ace! Paddys bar next door followed a night in casablanca and were really lovely friendly people too! hope to see you all again soon! x

Found hotel in good location if you like being in the middle of things with a lot of shops and things for kids to do around the area. Lots of places with trampolines and bungee trampolines for the kids. Lots of eating places around and bars and shops.
Hotel staff very friendly. Pools basic rectangular shapes (nothing special) but clean. Found people very friendly around the pool.

Had a very enjoyable week at the Sol Post Apartments, room excellent. The balcony over looked the pool, and the room had all the facilities, toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle and hair dryer. Air Conditioning for no extra cost, a real luxury at night!
Apartment was clean on arrival and cleaned every day.
Pool area was lovely, plenty of room for everyone, no fighting for the sun loungers!
Entertainment at night was very good, bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Casablanca and Paddy's Bar nice place to spend an evening, outside seating with waiter service.
Hotel was very handy for the many restaurants in the area and close to the lovely beach at Port Des Torrent.
An excellent place to stay and definitely worth a return visit.

We stayed at the Costa Sur Hotel in San Antonio Bay,Ibiza.
We booked last minute and were given details of three hotels that we may be allocated to upon arrival, this being one of them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, all the staff were extremely friendly and polite.
However we were not impressed by the location or the resort. The entertainment for the hotel is in the Casablanca bar adjacent to the hotel, we were in rooms at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy at night due to the entertainment even though they close the bar doors at twelve the noise can still be heard into the early hours. We spoke to several other guests who reported they found it nosiy as well.
However I must emphasise the hotel can not be faulted there were a lot of guests that returned year after year but we will not be returning it was the longest week of my life.
