We also are very, very friendly with the bar staff and other staff who have seen our children grow up over the years. But there is one thing we are dissapointed about is that bar staff Sergio and Antonio and Reuben have left and hopefully will be back, however Alberto,Bartolo,Jose are still there and are as friendly and helpful as ever. Also they have been joined by Oliver who used to work down the road at Moby Dicks amusement centre and has also become a very good friend of ours.
The food at this hotel is second to none and is served up by the most pleasant staff you could ever meet e.g the head chef Paco is lovely man who always greets you with a beaming smile.Evening entertainment with of course Mr. Ray Moss is excellent with some thing to suit all ages this hotel is excellent for those who want a lively holiday.
The pools are brilliant clean with a choice of two both including a childrens area and also there is a canopied baby pool.We are dissapointed to learn that it won't be thompson superfamily next year (2006), however we still hope to return.

Hotel clean, staff friendly, thopson reps first class, food very good and good variety. Entertainment in Casablanca bar was good although found Ray Moss (resident entertainer) slightly irritating and not a very good singer but everyone else thought he was good!
Only critcism in Casablanca is service is very slow during the day ie we would go in for lunch and waited 30mins before waiter took our order.
Paddys Irish Bar is run by 2 British girls and as I am Irish I enquired on night of Gaelic Football final what result was which the girl looked at me as if I was mad stating she knew nothing about Irish Football!!
All in all would recommend hotel to families with children under 12yrs. Loads for kids to do and excellent pool and play facilities for them.

The hotel is in San Antonio Bay, at the far end from the
main San Antonio nightclub area, so it is relatively quiet.
The room was clean and tidy, towels and sheets are changed frequently, and will be changed on request. The room had TV with a BBC children's channel, but bizarrely it was only on for a few hours in the middle of the day?! The only other channels were CNN and Sky News (frequently the service was unavailable). The catering facilities were spartan, two hot plates, toaster, kettle, fridge, sink and a basic microwave. There was nowhere to store food, and the extractor fan wasn't connected, the cutlery and plates were short in number. As usual with med hols
the room had twin beds, ridiculous for a couple. Sofa provided two single beds for the kids. The room was very quiet as we were on the top floor and furthest
from the entertainment area, rooms over the entertainment wouldn't be so nice.
The bathroom was acceptable, but as we were on top floor water pressure was low, also the water has a very high mineral content, and is very salty(sea like), makes washing (showering) difficult, and bathing unpleasant. Take a plug, if you want to use bath, bidet, or basin as they weren't any good in any room!
The entertainment was good in part, we stayed for two weeks and saw a variety of acts from excellent to down right awful-in fact one act was cringe worthy, the hotel has the Casablanca bar and an Irish bar. The resident singer in the Casablanca bar Ray Moss was an excellent host and enjoyable singer. The Thomson super family reps did some evening entertaining in the Casablanca and it was very poor, they did hold the usual mini disco for the kids, which was good. They also held evening theme nights for the kids in the Superfamily drop in zone which was excellent, and I mean excellent, but there was too few of them. The super family kids entertainment/activities during the day was good, but again there was too few activities, and kids were only entertained for 2 hours, and in age groups which was a nightmare if your kids fell into two different groups.
The hotel has three pools, one sun shaded baby pool outside the superfamily drop in centre. The two
main pools were inadequate for the amount of people in the complex, both pools were constantly crowded, it would have been nice if one pool could have been kept clear of inflatables! The pools were kept clean and hoovered every morning, this could have been done better. Sun beds are stacked and kept locked overnight and are only unlocked at 9am, this creates a bizarre situation where everyone still gets up early to reserve their spot, but they have to wait around the pool until the stacks are unlocked!!!!!!
PS while we stayed at the hotel, one young hotel resident was stabbed one evening and another fell out of a balcony and was seriously injured.
The hotel is good, but as this was supposed to be a Superfamily holiday, we were disappointed as the hotel was not exclusively for children, teenagers(12-15) were being served alcohol without any form of ID, and the amount of smoking around the pool and in the hotel restaurant during meal times was unpleasant to say the least, and most definitely not a place to take children.
The local area was well served with shops and eating places, good bus service(

I would recommend this hotel and apartments to anybody. Rooms were cleaned everyday, just leave towels and sheets, etc... in the bath if you want them changed, the maids were always very polite and friendly, we were greeted every morning and asked if it was ok to come in a clean the room. Air con is a god send (we would go out on the balcony to get warm!)
Some guests on top floor complained that there was no railing on balcony but the walls are higher up there (the same height as lower floors with metal railing) but children really need supervision on balconies as 1 young boy actually fell from second floor while climbing around.
Overall the hotel was very clean and I never saw any flies, roaches or anything like that during our stay.
Staff at the hotel were very hard working, polite and friendly( even after starting at 07:30 and finishing shifts at about 01:30!) and all were great with the kids, especially Paco the head chef who would chat away to them in Spanish.
The only problem that I could see were the number of young teenagers who were able to get served for alcohol at the bar at night ( but then again their parents should really have been supervising!)
Day and evening entertainment from reps was excellent for children up to 12 years and plenty of activities, discos, presentations, etc... to keep them occupied.
Ray Moss- resident entertainer and the host of other caberets, etc.. were excellent shows such as tributes to Lord of the Dance, Robbie Williams, child-aware drag queen and hypnotist were all brilliant, there is always something going on.
Pool facilities, park, avairy were all great and kept many children entertained.
Would recommend going to San Antonio via water taxi (2 euros each) and Port de Torrent beach 10 min walk to the left of the hotel.
Clear, warm water with lots of fish and good sandy beach. loungers were 12 euros but we just used our own towels, etc...

The food was excellent for adults and children.
The location was a bit out of the way really. I wished it was a bit closer to the beach with the 3 children. It was about 15-20 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and discos in the Street and little rides for the children.
The hotel staff were very friendly especially Ray Moss who was the singer in the evening after the children's disco.
The entertainment was ok but have been to other places which was so much better and which have a beach on your door step i.e. Hotel Don Toni - Playa den Bossa

Pools were great (it kept the kids outof trouble).
The Staff in the hotel were superhuman some worked from 7.30 in the morning going on till 2 at night and never ever lost their friendly attitudes especially Bartolo!!
Evening entertianment was great a couple of poor acts (robbie williams??)and a massive shout goes out to the reps entertianers and Mr Cheateau himself Ray Moss and Paco the chef exceled himself every single night.
Location was exellent 5 minute walk to Suma (a large shopping centre)and shops right outside the hotel.
We will 100% recommend this place to anyone wishing to vist ibiza (esecially those that have kids).

It is a lovely hotel, very clean, the reception staff are very helpful, as are the Thomson Reps who are on site most of the time.
The food is varied and plentiful but sometimes could be a bit on the warm rather than hot side.
The rooms are basic but air conditioned which is a Godsend and they are cleaned every single day.
The entertainment at the hotel is fantastic. There are daytime activities: quiz, water polo, killer pool etc. and the reps really try and get everyone to join in. The night time entertainment starts with a mini disco for the children, then Ray Moss the resident singer in the Casablanca Bar takes over until the various different cabaret acts each night. There is a kids club for children aged 3-12, where again the reps are very good.
