Nice, classy hotel with a nice atmosphere. Not a lot of children but they were well behaved. Nice outdoor pool plus heated indoor pool.
Food was generally good with wide choice but very little for vegetarians - we had to compromise and had a lot of fish. Room was good with sea view but sheltered balcony so it never got too hot.
The air conditioning in the room was welcome though it took a little time to get going. Nice en-suite. Entertainment every night to about 11.30pm. Good location, short walk to town centre, choice of routes including wooded area - although there is so much building going on we don't know how much longer those woods will be there.

This Hotel was rated as a 4 star and in our opinion this was to high. The hotel was clean and the facilities available to the guests were all free which is unusual as most hotels we have stayed in you have to pay for most things.
The hotel is approx 15 mins walk to the marina so good access to the town.
We stayed half board and can honestly say that the food available to guests in the evening in the main dining room was diabolical. There was a very limited range on the cold buffet and on the hot section the meat, which most nights was processed, was either overcooked or raw in the middle, this also included the fish dishes. And as for the Italian section, pizza and pasta shells with tomato puree on hardly warrants a mention. There was no clear labelling for the food so very unsure as to what you were eating with the stew/casserole type dishes, eg Veal on offer for 4 days but only once did we receive it rest was liver, beef and we were convinced rabbit. We also felt the staff in dining room just did their job and no more, didn't try to communicate with guests, didn't attempt to help the older guests and at times we felt we were in the way and were pushed, if went into the dining room at 8.30, bear in mind times were 7-10, they were starting to set up for breakfast.
I cannot comment on the entertainment as we walked into town every night as the prices charged in the hotel for drinks etc was far to high compared to the local bars.
