We have just got back from a weeks stay at the Condes De Alcudia, and would go back there tomorrow! There are only two minor things that did not make the holiday perfect. One of them is that there was not as much of a variety of food as i hoped for and the other is that the pool seemed quite small for the size of the hotel. We all had a really good time and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in for entertainment. One of the entertainers, Marlie deserves a medal for how hard she works and thanks 2 her and Martin, we never got bored! We did have 2 days of rain but being so late in the season we expected that. And on the days it was nice it was lovely and hot! The location of the hotel is absoloutely perfect! not even a 30 second walk to the nearest shop and literally a 2 minute walk to the gorgeous beach.

had a great holiday in the condes, very well situated next to port and old town market.food vey repetetive in hotel until we found bar bamboo, the best toasties i ve ever had and the nachos knock spots off tex mex and half the price.hotel entertainment boring same every night, bingo and men against women competitions so sad.the pool area tiny for the size of the hotel but the beach is fantastic as good as the caribean.also you dont get much peace with sun cream sales and lucky lucky men harrassing you when your trying to relax, after all we work hard all year for a weeks holiday.

We have just got back last night from this hotel and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have had we went all inclusive and the food was really nice plenty of choices and the drinks was ok .

The hotel was lovely and clean the towels always been changed and the bedding changed.

The staff was very pleasant.

The only downside to this hotel was the entertainment it was not very good so we found a bar just down the street and went there.

Also the lifts are small but they move very quick so you are not waiting that long.

Would return to this hotel if ever I was thinking of going to Alcudia.

The hotel is attractive and the staff are pleasant. The food was very good. Some guests said it was the best all inclusive food they had been given compared to several previous holidays.Did not realise hotel was in the Port of Alcudia rather than Alcudia.
Maid service every day. Towels changed several times during week of stay. Entertainment fair. Indoor bar was not used until weather changed to rainy. Had large pool bar and outside stage for entertainment. Shut this and opened inside bar and used inside lounge and stage when there was a rainy day/evening.
Very nice wine served in the restaurant and beer etc. Beer and soft drinks, coffee etc in bar quite good.Staff efficient and pleasant. Did not like local spirits supplied but found gin and cocktails offered were quite nice. This did not stop most guests drinking large quantities of what was on offer but I don't think I am overly discerning!Bar shut at 12pm.
Didn't like two small lifts when it was a ten storey hotel. Only held 4 at a time and only took a certain weight - if two people were big or weighty only 2 could be carried. Was a tight squeeze only approx. 1.25m x 1.25m.This caused long waits for a lift round breakfast and dinner times. The pool area is not very big and the pool is small. Most of the sun loungers were booked by (English) people's towels before 9am even though they were not necessarily using the loungers.Apparently a bigger hotel across the road had spare capacity and some guests went there.Reception staff were very helpful.

We were pleased to get to the hotel in approximately twenty five minutes and it only took a few minutes to get booked in. On arrival at our allocated room however we began to worry.

The third floor room was at the opposite side of the hotel looking onto a back street and a large steel fire escape. It did not take long to work out that sunshine was unlikely to be enjoyed for long on this elevation.

On returning to reception we were advised that there is no guarantee that you will get either a sea or pool view when booking.

The staff did however give us another room on the first floor which enjoyed sunshine most of the day and a large balcony. This also meant we did not need to use the two tiny lifts which was probably a good thing as there were always people waiting.

Allegedly the hotel has been extended upwards by several floors and this probably accounts for the small pool and sunbathing area and lack of sun loungers.

We understood why people (mainly English) put towels on the beds if they were unlucky enough to have rooms on the elevation not facing the sea/pool.

The room was clean and towels changed daily if left in bath but we felt the floor and balcony should have been cleaned more regularly, dust under the bed remained undisturbed all week and tiny bits of glass were on the balcony when we arrived (which we had to remove ourselves).

The food was more than acceptable and nobody would ever starve and the staff were most obliging. Drinks could be ordered from the table staff and were reasonably priced.

The hotel in all was acceptable but is ready for an overhaul. It would probably rate a 'TWO AND A HALF STAR' rating at present in our opinion.

Felt local beer in plastic glasses at pool were a bit expensive and found better quality and prices locally.

We originally booked a half board deal but because the food was so good and varied we upgraded to all-inclusive. We were welcomed at the reception desk by a very helpful lady who moved us into a pool/sea view room when she saw we had a room on the street side. Our first impression was that the hotel was very clean and well looked after and the rooms were the same, towels were changed daily if left in the bath. The rooms are a good size with a large balcony. The location of the Hotel was spot on 2 min to the beach 5 min to the shops/bars. The staff were on the whole very friendly and helpful although one guy looked as though he would rather have been somewhere else. The entertainment was mediocre but we mainly went out at night so it would be unfair to comment too much on this aspect but if you like karaoke you will probably love it. The down side to the hotel is the swimming pool area it is not large enough for the size of the hotel. The pool is ok but you don't have to hang about in the morning if you want a sun bed. It looks as though the hotel was extended to about double the size it was originally hence the pool area and lifts being to small. We had a room on the top floor (9) and had no trouble waiting for lifts and with being at the top they were always empty when they came although I can see it may be a problem if you get a middle floor. Alcudia itself is a lovely resort especially around the harbour area; all in all we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we went back to Alcudia.

Visited this hotel last week and we are impressed.

The standard of cleanliness was excellent, both rooms and public areas.

Food was plentiful and of good quality. We especially liked the breakfasts. A great variety to choose from.

The beach was just a few minutes walk away and quite uncrowded.

We booked several day trips with an office at the end of the street, no-frills excursions
We found these to be much cheaper than the reps and there were English guides on the coaches.

A word of advice, don't accept flowers from women on the street as a lady had 100 euros stolen from just near the beach.
A bit of a scam I think.

The hotel was very clean, we only ate breakfast there once as we were still asleep most days, but this was nice. The meal at night was nice too, but again we only ate there once.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Alcudia, it is a short walk to the bars & restaurants around the harbour/port area and then it is around a 10-15 min walk along the beach front to the livelier bars and restaurants in Alcudia town.

The hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach. The only problem with this hotel is that the pool is very small, we only went in it once, we used the pool in a hotel across the road instead.

We had maid service every day with fresh clean towels on a daily basis too. There was a wide variety of breakfast food and drink and the evening buffet catered for vegetarians as much as meat eaters. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was no drink with your evening meal unless you paid for it. The hotel was literally a five minute walk from the main beach and there were several supermarkets all within a few hundred metres of the hotel. A few of the hotel staff spoke reasonable english. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day for children and bingo and shows at night for the adults. It was never too noisy though. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

We stayed on a half board basis for 2 weeks and could not fault it at all. We had a room on the 9th floor and the view of the sea/port was unbelievable. We had maid service everyday and stuffed ourselves with an english breakfast every morning!

We went out every night so would not be able to comment on the entertainment - we have rated a 3 because of what we did see, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The one thing we would say about this hotel is, it needs more lifts - there were only 2 and they only held 4 people at a time.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT. There were a variety of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep (Tex Mex restaurant was one of the best - defo go there, it's like TGI Friday's!) and the beach I would say isn't even a 3 mintue walk. The beautiful white sand took our breath away. Then a very short taxi journey (you could walk it too) to the centre brings you to even more restaurants and bars to choose from and of course the popular Linekers bar, which we loved!
