We had an excellant holiday the staff looked after us and the rep was so helpful and friendly.
Our son loved the pool and spent most of the time in it. The pool was very clean and tidy the food was good especially the breakfast and value for money.
The apartments were very clean and tidy basic but what more can you ask for. We will be looking at returning next year for another excellant holiday.

The hotel itself was very welcoming. Maria, the receptionist in particular was very clear and particular. 110% to her. She did impress upon me the need to ensure the front door was double locked and make sure the patio doors were locked whenever we left the room. Guess what? Patio doors didnt lock!
The cooker in the room didn't work. We informed the rep. Guess what? No feedback at all, but plenty of feeedback offered about the trips/shows on offer.
The showers were cold, and I mean cold. It's ok when you come off a 30 degree+ beach for a quick swill down but not so funny when you want to wash your hair. Again the rep was informed. Guess what? yup the water was still cold after a week.
Would I go back? Doubt it. But the food was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment was diabolical. We went to the White Rose or Cheers bar, a lot cheaper than eating in restaurants towards the beach front.
It was a good holiday all in all (apart from the kid screaming in the apartment next door!).

The flights were great the transfers no problem and the apartments very clean and basic but everything you need when on holiday.
We had a 1 bed apartment on 1st floor overlooking the pool area, which was really nice.
We had towels changed 3 times and linen once mid week which was sufficient.
We only ate breakfast in the complex once which was ok but did get nicer out (ie, bugs bunny's, woody woodpeckers, etc).
There were some good shows on of an evening at the complex but we went out and about quite a bit. The entertainer is a character!!!! if you like Shameless, our kids loved the parrot show and the snakes.
My only complaint was the amount of noise that there was of a night. The entertainment on the complex finished around midnight but the bars round the side ie, Good Fella's stayed open till 4am and it was really noisy. The kids had the bedroom and they managed to slept all night it was just us that couldn't.
This said other people in the hotel had no problems sleeping it seemed we just got unlucky with the location of our room, but glad we didn't go further into the season when it's likely to be worse still.
I would suggest using the Spar shop over the road as this is the cheapest we found and things are expensive over there.
Overall a great holiday the kids loved it. We would definately go back again but maybe pack some earplugs!! but for the money it was great.

I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff helpful and the location was central to the bars and shops around the town. There is no childrens club or ever present "entertainer", constant music, or repeated invites to join in the water polo contest - which means that the time we spent by the pool was enjoyed in relative peace! There was never a problem finding 4 free sunbeds next to the pool. The food was more than adequate, although tended to follow the normal patterns of mass hotel catering at times - but there was always plenty of choice and no member of my famiy were left hungry. Well worthy of the 3 star hotel rating and overall a good value for money holiday.
