We found the rooms a bit dated but very clean, there was a fridge and cooking facilities and a kettle. The beds were settees which were ok. We also had a folding bed. The swimming pool was very small and close to the road but we met some lovely people there. The beach was only a 5 min walk away which was excellent, clean and safe and not very deep for the kids. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and the main strip is only 5-10 min walk away. My only concern was the windows were a bit too easy for kids to open especially as this consisted of 8 floors i think. If your looking for cheap,clean,basic and close to everything then this is ideal
