We booked at the last minute for a reasonable price. The hotel was near prefect however the beds where very uncomfortable, but was out weighed by everything else.

The staff where very helpful and understood English very well the entertainment was very good both day and night i could recomend this hotel to young, old ,families or single

I would like to thank all the staff for the cleaners up to the manager for one of the best holidays i have had in europe.

We booked a last minute deal with the Dedicated Holiday Group who were a cut above your normal agents, very efficient, competitive and friendly. We went to Ses Cases a smaller group of appartments within the Club Marthas complex, the good points were that they were in a quieter location than the main blocks, were on two levels with a large sun terrace and loungers, only 30yds from a good size pool, the accomodation was clean and the staff helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the self catering aspect was a joke. The cooking 'facility'was avery old two ring hob that was unreliable, no grill, the bare amount of utensils, a fridge, and sink, also an extractor that blew up on the first day. It shows that you should also read the small print, and beware of where full stops and asterix are placed. Even a kettle had to be hired along with, toaster, sat tv remote etc.I only had the tv remote just to keep up with the news etc just as well as out of a possible 26 chanels you got sky news, Itv news,BBC2 and CNN all of the rest were Germany/Spain etc. Had the cooking facilities been acceptable I would visit the club again and recommend it but unfortunately NO.

My partner and myself, stayed at Club Marthas in Cala Egos in June 04. We booked with Thomas Cook via the internet, for a very reasonable price. Therefore, we were expecting a pretty basic resort. We were very pleased with the accommodation. The whole resort was very clean, and our appartment was kept imaculate by our cleaner Dolores - she visited 3 times over the week. The bathroom was very modern and had a good shower, the bedroom had air-con as did the living room. We was situated on the second floor with a balcony that had a table with chairs and 2 sun-loungers, our balcony overlooked the main pool area. All staff spoke excellent English, and any problems that we did have were dealt with very efficiently. The entertainment in the evenings was good, and was mainly geared towards children and families. Cooking facilities were basic, but we ate out a lot anyway so that didn't bother us. From reading other reviews, we took a travel kettle and iron, as we would have had to hire them. Microwaves, toasters, and TV remotes are available to hire from the reception (however TV in the Balearics is mainly German!). Our appartment also had a safe which we found very useful. We will be going back, and will be taking our young son next time.

We travelled with Thomas Cook, and that is about as much as Thomas Cook had to do for us (rep was hardly seen but really wasn't needed anyway). Club Marthas was the best holiday we have had as a family (4 kids 6, 12, 15 & 16)without doubt. Yes, the cooking facilities can be better, two rings and no kettle or toaster, but the hotel atmosphere, cleanliness, staff, facilities and entertainment more than make up for it. Well kept rooms, air conditioned, cleaned and changed regularly, and the on site kids club/ entertainment staff were top notch.Marthas work really hard at keeping you on site at night and it is well worth it, musicals, magic shows, dancing etc.You can opt for flexi dining as well, and the buffet is decent enough but basic. Do take your kettle and toaster with you though as it is about 12 euros a week each to hire them. We went in June so it was not too busy. Excellent mix of nationalities there and the whole hotel is geared towards an enjoyable family atmosphere.Pools are clean and family friendly. A definate 9/10 overall.

I visited this hotel in late June 04.
It was very easy to find as I was driving as there are sign posts on all the corners to all the hotels.
We were a little disapointed with the lack of a kettle or a toaster but these could be hired from reception.
The maids were very good and kept the room very tidy.
The bathroom was large and the shower was fantastic!
We didn't sample the entertainment as we went out everynight but the childrens entertainment looked very good.
We recommend the pizza restaurant by the pool it was fantastic both in value and in quality so that was lunch sorted most days.
All in all thoroughly enjoyable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
