Resort very clean and quiet. Brilliant for a week or two of rest and relaxation. A few shops in the resort and beach is lovely.

The beaches were cleaned both morning and night, plenty of rubbish bins are provided. There are also showers on the beach for you to use free of charge. There were public conveniences on the beach and were very clean, also no charge. Lifeguards are on duty and also a small medical center available
There are 7 bars in Camp De Mar all of them very nice for either just drinking or eating.
The resort is an ideal place to go to have a relaxing holiday, and to chill out and enjoy the sun.

Fairly quiet resort (Camp De Mar), however i visited Pageaura and Port Andrax which were more livlier. The resort is very relaxing and safe.

Beach beautiful sea really warm and crystal clear the actual bay very pretty. 5 little shops 2 bars nothing else a circle to walk round either up 30ish sheer steps or Cardiac hill which ever way you go take oxygen as even for the very fit its a killer.
The location is not good for anyone who likes to walk has breathing difficulties or disabled.

The beach is in a bay. It is well sheltered with ample sun beds and shades with a small cafe and a few shops and this is a surprise, a resturant in the bay you can get to by walking along a short boardwalk.
It is spotless with mostly German and Spanish families. A first class beach there is nothing much more to the resort the smallest resort I have ever been to.

This is a spectacular small resort close to the ''madding'' crowd but far enough away to be peaceful, beautiful and very relaxing.
Its beauty is its vicinity to wild party life but ability to allow you to relax in lovely surroundings if you wish..No wonder so many celebs have property here.
Do snorkel the bay is teeming with fish in fact its very Carribean in that respect.Water appears crystal clear and clean.
Golf course fantastic but a little pricey

Camp de Mar is a small and beautiful resort with excellent views of the bay.
Plenty of people enjoyed swimming in the sea and there were other activities for those who wanted them. The restaurant on an island accessed by bridge was very popular with tourists and locals alike.
Many people seemed to stay in the hotels for the duration of their holidays, but coach trips, buses and taxis to places of interest were readily available at reasonable prices.

Nice, very clean well organised but busy beach, but we expected this as it was August.
Handful of bars - very quiet. (why we booked)

Camp de Mar is a tiny resort with just a few shops, bars, restaurants and a handful of hotels located within it.
It does have a bank, a pharmacy, two Spar supermarkets,a car hir place, a taxi rank, a bus stop and a wonderful newsagents which sells up to date newspapers and magazines and cheap cigarettes! What more could you need for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
Nonetheless it is a very pretty place with a super Blue Flag beach and gets a lot of "out of resort" visitors during the daytime. This means it is a busy beach, but never seemed to be crowded or too noisy.
It is a good location for reaching the rest of Mallorca as Palma is just under an hour away from it, by bus and once there, you can get to almost anywhere else on the island.
Within easy reach, either by taxi, bus or, for the really energetic, walking distance, is the more lively resort of Paguera. This has many more shops, etc., which remain open until late at night.
The local bus also runs to Puerto Andratx, giving you the opportunity to sit by the marina have a drink or a meal and watch the boats & yachts come and go.
Entertainment is limited to the hotels, but most people seemed happy enough just to sit in a bar, chat, drink and watch the world go by.
If you want noise, disco's, non-stop entertainment, roaring motorbikes and screaming 18 to 30's this resort is not for you. If you want a relaxing holiday, with all your creature comforts to hand and the opportunity to venture further afield then we thoroughly recommend it.
