Camp de Mar is a very quite bay, magnificent views out to sea and the surrounding hills. Not much to do at night, a couple of bars and restaurants, shops don't stay open very late.
The area is very quiet, but this was nice, there was a short walk which could be taken after evening dinner. There was a bar called Pepe's, which was great in the evenings.
Taxis were cheap as well as a reasonably regular bus service. Easy to get to nearby Paguera (lots of shops), Santa Ponca or Port D'Andrax.
It was possible to walk to Paguera and Port D'Andrax through the hills. Only did the walk to Paguera took about 45mins with a lot of ups and downs, not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
The beach was very clean and the sea lovely for swiming in. A little pebbly in places to get into the water, but OK once in. No need to walk out too far before being able to have a good swim.

Beautiful little relaxing resort. Only a few little shops to buy souvenirs, one boutique, very expensive.
Beach superb, water very clean. There were birds diving in the sea for fish.
Easy for disabled, my mother-in-law needed a wheelchair for a while, due to accident, care at Paguera was excellent.
Taxi Rank outside hotel, buses just a walk away.
Entertainment is really just in the hotels, except for a few bars. There are a few nice restaurants if you should be on self-catering.
Photo of resort in brochure does not do it justice.

This resort was very clean but the sea was very rocky in places and the fish used to bite your feet etc.
There was not much resort entertainment except for a few quiet little bars across the street and a few little local shops.
The beach standard was good and I would certainly visit this resort again very peaceful and quiet

Camp de Mar is a very small bay with a shingle and sandy beach which, in September, was nowhere near overfull, with plenty of room to sunbathe or swim. The sea was crystal clear & small fish swim around you. There are not very many bars or restaurants and nightlife is non-existant. An excellent resort for an away from it all holiday with wonderful views, but within easy reach of civilisation.

The resort of Camp de Mar didn't really have much to offer the tourist although there was a regular bus service into the largest towns.
The nearby golf course was very expensive at over 100 euro a round. The beach was exceptionally clean. There were also numerous reasonably priced restaurants in the area.

Camp de Mar is a very nice resort small and quiet but pleasant. The few bars that are in the area make a nice change from the hotel and are all within easy walking distance if you require more entertainment then the resort of Santa Ponsa is not too far away.

Beautiful area, very quiet, lacking in evening entertainment
Beach is one of the best I have ever seen. Boat trips from a small island in the bay, which has a loverly resteraut o it but is only open during the day, shame.
Home to some rich and famous.
Lovely walks up into the hills and nearby towns, but remember to take water, nowhere to stop for a drink on route.

The resort itself is tiny, they don't tell you in the brochure that there are 3 main hotels, a few low rise apartments, 3 bars, 2 spar supermarkets, lacost shop, 2 clothes shops, 1 souvenir shop, 2 restaurants I think thats it! Its mainly residential, so lots of spanish!
Takes about 10 mins or so to walk round Camp de mar!!
There is no resort entertainment!!
Nearby town is paguera is a 30 min walk through woods, or 5min taxi ride (5euros). Andratx market is on wednesdays and definitely worth a visit (5euros) (much better then palma market)The port of andratx was my favourite place, loads of bars/ shops etc great to sit at a bar and watch the boats.
Beach was lovely, clear water etc. Not as crowded as the other resorts during the week, but gets busy at the weekend when all the spanish families visit.

The resort is so relaxing and quiet. It commands you to relax. The beach and views are so good, you can't believe they are two hours away from England. The resort is the choice for the rich and famous and you can see why. Just go there and be amazed.
We will go back to this resort without hesitation.

Camp de mar is only a small place and as such has no lively evening entertainment. There are a few shops and a couple of small supermarkets. A good selection of restaurants but few local bars. The resort is very picturesque and the neighbouring villages can easily be reached by walking, takes about an hour easy stroll to reach port andtrex and about half an hour to peguera.
