Resort is kept pretty clean although locals do let their dogs use the rocky beach and footbath as a toilet whih can be quite smelly in the hot weather. The resort however is only small and compact. A few bars around, and couple of restaurants but on the whole a very quiet and relaxed resort with no real entertainment on offer. Well suited for older couples. A nice walking path from the hotel right into Palma (2 hours at a nice stroll) if you like walking or can hire bikes or gadabouts. Would return if could find a good hotel but unfortunately most of the hotels are not very recommendable as the food is not good. Have been to several over the years. The Luz was the best but has greaty deteriorated now so probably never go back.

CAN PASTILLA WAS FANTASTIC THE STREETS WERE SPOTLESS ALSO THE BEACH WITH IT BEING RAKED BY TRACTOR NEARLY EVERY DAY.
THE RESORT WAS A LITTLE QUIET IN THE EVENING WHICH WAS OK AS YOU COULD TAKE A 5 MINUTE WALK UP THE PROMANADE TO PLAYA DE PALMA (WHICH IS A MOSTLY GERMAN RESORT) FOR MORE NIGHTLIFE. ALL IN ALL A VERY ENJOYABLE PLACE TO BE BASED.

this resort is great if you just want to relax as its very
small and quiet . there are a few bars and a handful of great places to eat. if you find it to quiet you can always take a short walk to the next resort of playa de palma which is a bit more livelier

The resort of Can Pastille has something for everyone, the beach is small but beautiful, there are ample bars and restaurants and everyone is so friendly it makes you feel like going back. Some of the bars and restaurants we visited and were made welcome were, Buckingham Palace on the front near the beach, The Polar Bar were David made us feel very welcome and gave us too many free shots and the Manchester Pub, we were going to go on a boat ride to Palma Nova but alas it was cancelled at the last minute so will have to find out how good that is next time.

Lovely clean resort. I have never seen such a lovely clean beach, clear seas and lifeguards. As resort is small entertainment limited but enough bars and hotel based shows to keep me happy. Lots of reasonable bars to choose from and restaurants to eat at.

We stayed here for four days after spending a week in Cala Millor.
Can Pastilla isint for you if you like "Brit" type bars and karoke (nothing wrong with that!!).
Its very cosmopolitan, with loads of German, Dutch, American Spanish etc............British visitors are in the minority, which is how we like it!
Beautiful beach, we loved walking along at night, lovely restaurants however I would say its more expensive to eat out there than places like Cala Millor/Can Picafort etc.
There is a little train which takes you right through from Can Pastilla to Playa de Palma and on to Arenal where there is more nightlife and busy bars etc.
All in all georgous chilled resort and would definately go back there.

A lovely, laid back resort with a really nice beach. Flat and safe for all ages. Although the buses get very crowded, they are great value if you want to venture into Palma, but i would recommend the coastal walk, it is about 6 miles but well worth the effort. Entertainment is low key with a few bars/restautants having live entertainment in the evenings. Have been three times and already looking forward to our next visit.

The resort was lovely. Because we only went for 3 nights we wanted a resort near the airport. It takes less than 10 mins from door to door. The beach is wonderful.Fine sand and clear water.Sunbeds cost 4.5 euros a day. Plenty of restaurants that are extremely reasonably priced so if you dont like food at hotel you can eat out. Thats what we did.I would definately visit again if I wanted a few days away in the sun.
