Went into resort couple of times very laidback place, suited us with 2 children. Nice beach blue sea and only 10 mins from hotel on foot.
Would return to this resort as we loved the calm atmesphere. Few bars and shops on way to beach. Not to much to spend money on which must be a good thing.
All in all a fantastic holiday and would certainly return.

Beautiful beach, lovely white sands and a nice sea to swim in. A good amount of bars and restaurants catering for most tastes.

the resort was very quiet the beach was ok if you like sea weed.its about a 20 minute walk into the main resort which had a lot of shops and bars there is also a bus stop right outside or the tourist train which my children really enjoyed.it is also market day on a friday which is right outside the hotel.there are also a few shops across the road.

C'an Picafort is a medium sized resort in the north of Mallorca. It has quite a German feel to it, many Biergartens etc. We stayed in the Son Baulo area, which is located adjacent to a nature reserve. The beach was lovely although we didn't use it too much, preferring to stay by the pool instead. Nice soft white sand, a bit of a seaweed problem, but they did clear this away and level the sand each day. There did seem to be a lot of stray dogs around the resort and consequently you need to watch were you are walking!! Plenty of places to eat and drink. A couple of larger supermarkets up on the main road where prices are a lot cheaper than the smaller resort Spar shops. Buses are frequent but do get busy so get on early! Market day is on a Friday in the Son Baulo area, selling usual leather goods, clothes etc. We would go back to C'an Picafort again but would hope for better weather as there is very little to do when it rains.

I was a bit disappointed by C'an Picafort to be honest, the beach was lovely and clean and the sea was pretty safe (if you avoid the patch of rocks) but I found it to be a typical 1970's Brits abroad type of resort, quite run down in areas and not very pretty. Shops very samey all selling cheap souvenir type stuff that wasn't even very cheap. Plenty of cafe type bars on front but again all very samey. The pavements were a bit of a mare too lots of dog poo to avoid with the buggy! I prefer somewhere a bit more interesting really, or at least pretty.

Resort was quite nice, lovely walk along the front. Quiet but we did visit in May.
The beach was ok but quite a bit of dog poo. Watch where you walk.
