This hotel was lovely it had everything we needed food that was lovely and views to die for staff are all welcoming and friendly, plenty of entertainment both in the day and at night. The location of this hotel is great as it's practically on the beach has wonderful views is near shops and restaurants and is just out of the way of magaluf noise but close enough to take a night out on the strip. I can't wait to return again as this was our 2nd visit
Travel operator: Sunsave
Hotel tip: Floors on level 6 or above are the better views but all rooms are sea view anyway

The all-inclusive was very good with a good selection of food at for all meals.
The hotel staff were all pleasant and very helpful, the bar staff were the problem, I accept that it is a demanding job, but just a smile now and again would have helped, they were polite to the adults, but very impatient with the kids. The rooms were very clean, and the general areas were well kept. The entertainment was passable, the children were kept well entertained with the kids club.
The only reason I would not visit this hotel again is because of its position up a steep hill, and I have mobility difficulties, but there are plenty of taxis around

We travelled to the Hawaii Torrenova Apartments on the 7th of October to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. This is not the first time we have stayed there having visited quite a few times over the last 5 or 6 years. On arrival ourselves and some other couples were informed we would be moved to the Nova Apartments because our rooms were damp and smelled, though later we found out that they were also double booked!!! Why we could not have been informed earlier, is strange because the holiday was booked in July!!! We were informed, in reception that we were to return on the 10th and as compensation we would be upgraded to All Inclusive.
All this duly took place and on our return we were allocated room 771 which was a large apartment on the top floor. This was far from the cleanest room we have stayed in at the Hawaii and there was a strong smell of damp from the cupboards. Having been messed about in the first place, we decided to just get on with it after all we were being given A/I for our pains.
In hindsight, we wish we had stayed put at the Nova which was far cleaner and the staff were far more pleasant.
The restaurant is now situated by the bar area and is clearly not big enough to cater for the amount of people staying there. The food was of poor quality and the staff in the restaurant were run ragged cleaning the tables but to give them credit, they were always polite, pleasant and well mannered.
The all-inclusive bar was a bit of a joke because you get one card and you only get one drink per person identified on the card and a lot of the time there was only one barman serving which led to a very long queue every time.
I appreciate that the weather was awful for a few days and the staff had problems stemming the flow of water into the reception area but that's not the fault of the guests who are after all on holiday.
In our opinion, these apartments are not ideally suited for A/I and in general they now look as if they need a serious refurbishment. We have had some really good holidays at the Hawaii and it was sad to see the decline and we don`t think we will be going back there in a hurry. We enjoy Palma Nova and will return and would certainly stay at the Nova again.

We have just returned from a 2 weeks stay and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There is nowhere near enough sunbeds for the amount of guests and my husband had to get up at 4am to reserve some. The pool and sunbed area is filthy and hardly cleaned. In the time we were there it was cleaned down twice.
The food is very repetitive and the kids wouldn't eat in the restaurant as they got sick of the same things.
The rooms are basic but not very clean. Our bed was changed twice in 2 weeks. The entertainment was ok but not up to much, the kids were pretty bored in the evenings and entertained themselves in the pool during the day. The location is ideal as you’re within walking distance to the town and the views are lovely.

We stayed here because it seems to be one of the few places that take families of five all inclusive and you still get an apartment. Unfortunately it has only just gone all inclusive and it’s not equipped for it. The system of having one card per family meant long queues at the bar as only one till and two staff and everything you ordered had to be put through the till. The food was edible but often basic not much choice for kids breakfast very nice though. The pool area was not cleaned much bins overflowed, sticky floor etc. The sunbed situation was awful not enough so everyone started getting up at ridiculous hours to get one. The entertainment was pretty poor and the stage area around bar really small so you couldn’t see unless you went early to get a seat. The big plus for this apartment was the position and the views overlook the sea, lovely. Only a short walk to Palma beach, if you went self-catering you probably wouldn’t be as disappointed. The rooms are bigger than some for five but not very clean, we found items left behind by previous people. Sheets were changed once all week.
