Floors on level 6 or above are the better views but all rooms are sea view anyway

Make sure you stay in Sol Mirlos NOT Sol TORDOS. There’s two hotels and this is the most modem and has better larger rooms. Tell reception when you arrive.

PALMA NOVA IS A FABULOUS RESORT FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES THE LOCALS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE BARS SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ARE WONDERFUL WE AS A FAMILY OF 4 ADULTS AND A BABY RECOMMEND THIS RESORT VERY STRONGLY

this hotel is situated half a mile from magaluff, but it is far superior in cleanliness . all the little bars nearby were clean and not rowdy at night. however bear in mind we went in april just before the season starts but everywhere was open.right outside you can get a local bus , three per hour into palma, about 45 minutes. you need to go into palma to experiance attractions like the tram into soller or main department stores. there are plenty of walks on the excellent and clean promanade right round the bay. there is a pharmacy and two spar shops across the street from the hotel. the waters are crystal clear and the beaches are combed every morning to ensure cleanliness. you will have no complaints about the local areas i can assure you. enjoy!

palma nova had loverly beach well maintained and a nice walk along prom, not to keen on magaluf not my cup of tea lots of young people there just for the beer.

As it was still out of season places were stiil closed up or being reburbished.apart from this location could not be better as right on beach, I would return here again and would recommend to others

We went to Palma Nova 26th to 31st Dec 2008. Not much open but enough during day, not alot at night and we ended up in Magaluf (which was about 20mins walk or five mins in taxi)plenty open there and we had a good time. weather was nice and warm Tshirt during day some people were sunbathing! bt cooler at night but not chilly as we had been expecting. Enjoyed the break and would go back but to Magaluf

palma/nova are ideal resorts for anybody if you know which parts to stay i.e magaluf for lively or palma nova for families or quit times.plenty of shops for the ladies.
would recommend happy house on magaluf beach for excellent cheap food served by friendly staff.
