My top hotel tip is to avoid this hotel and area spend the money on somewhere closer to Palma where it’s probably maintained and nice or just in case you want to go home your close to the airport.

Very clean resort.

Tractor cleans up beach everyday and town is spotless

Beach very clean and safe. Better than Alcudia to the North because you don't get mosquitos here.

S'Illot and nearby Sa Coma are the best

S'illot does not have anything going on, however the neighbouring resort of Sa Coma is lovely. The beaches are white and the sea is very clear. We saw people cleaning the beach at night. There are a few British bars, which serve nice food. The nightlife is not raving, but there is enough going on until 2am in the bars etc at the far end of Sa Coma. We stayed at the opposite end however, and dusring our walk home we barely saw one person.
We visited the Safari, it's won't take all day, but for the money (13 euro's) its worth it. There is also a 54 hole mini golf course, which is near the supermarket opposite the fox and hounds pub.
I came back from this holiday completely relxed ans having thouroughly enjoyed myself.

We found the resort very clean, saw no trouble on our stay and the local people friendly.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars around with a good selection of well priced supermarkets.
The beach was excellent, right on the doorstep and had beds and shades to hire, but we used our own equipment as they do charge for these.
Having visited Majorca many times have now found a great place, perfect location, trouble free and caters for all needs, would be happy going with younger and older children as well as our own as it has all the necessary facilities and a place we will be going back to for many years

The beach was clean, sea safe for swimming most days & had pedal boats & sunbeds/parasols to hire etc.

Sa Coma was a mere 10 minute stroll along the promenade away, & offers a larger range of the same facilities.
Venturing a little further is cheap & easy. We found a taxi for 4 of us was as cheap & more reliable than the local buses. A day at the Coves Del Drac (well worth a visit & the 9 euros pp entrance fee) - topped off with a 5 minute stroll from the caves into Porto Criso for lunch, & then an hour or two spent on the beach there, cost us just 20 euros return by cab for the 4 of us!

There are also 2 open-top red & yellow buses which run all day along the coastline from S’Illot centre (about 10 mins to each hour) to Costa de Los Pinos (coast of pines) via Sa Coma, Cala Millor & Cala Bona, and it makes for a pleasant hour’s journey through the towns & countryside for just over £1 each way, & offers a good orientation to your immediate surroundings.

A couple of hours spent lunching in one of the two bars at the “coast of pines” & lazing on the tiny beach in the tiny exclusive village resort of makes for a relaxing get-away from-it-all afternoon.

The UK guests at the Playa Moreia & within S’Illot were well outnumbered by Europeans, and it’s a pity the all-inclusive trade is taking preference in this, & surrounding resorts, because the quality & quantity of all local cuisine we sampled was faultless.

To name just a few recommended eating places: Poker Bar-with the parrot! (Sa Coma side of the bridge & 1 street back from the beach), Arcos Playa - Portions huge & bingo nightly (on the roundabout in s’illot), Tiger Bar - Brit Bar serving real chips! (beside beach), the Happy Bar (at S’Illot end of Sa Coma by the Taxi rank), and finally there are many Chinese restaurants offering a great basic 3 course meal for less than 5 euros!

s'illot is a quiet, relaxing resort.if you need a place to chill out and recharge your batteries this is it.
we stayed here 16 years ago and it has hardly changed whereas sa coma,a lovely 10 minute walk away is more modern and slightly more lively.
s,illot has some excellent restaurants, mostly on the sea front, the antic has a superb varied menu and ultra friendly staff.by day you need not venture away from the excellent beach with its shallow waters suitable for kids.

Great resort.
Lots of pubs to cater for English & European - all the owners are friendly.

Tiger Inn - great food, nice people.
Buddys - great for kids - DVD's, PS2, cheap food & drinks.
Lunch Box sandwich shop - nice people, look after you.
Playa Moreya Hotel - good entertainment.
Spar supermarkets - every 200 yards.

Loads of nick nack shops - reasonably priced.

Quieter, thankfully than Sa Coma - lovely clean sea.

Will come back.

This resort is a must for familys and couples wanting a relaxed atmosphere. The beach and prom are lovely and its a nice walk from Silott to Sa coma. People hire bikes and go carts for the children and ride up and down the prom. There are plenty of nice places to eat, Tonys opposite the hotel has amazing fish dishes. The beach is clean and there are plenty of sun beds. Swimming in the sea was perfect.

The resort was very clean,no complaints at all. Because we visited in October everywhere was winding down, the bars & restaurants were closing at 10 o'clock!no entertainment whatsoever unless you liked watching football highlights. We could drink in the hotel bar until 11.30 - 12 but there was no rush to get us out.beach was very small, I can imagine it being very overcrowded in the summer.I would visit this resort again but only for a week.
