Didn't bother with the themed restaurant, the normal one was excellent.
Rooms in Main Hotel have more breeze and sea view. They are also closer to the main facilities

Don’t come here !!!
Try for pool view room. Some of the ground floor apartments at the rear of the complex didn't get any sun.

Beaches

The town beach and harbour beach are small, but there are sunbeds and umberellas for hire at 3 euros each. Plenty of cafes and bars around beach area and only 5 mins into town, so good location. Best for familes who don't want the long trek to the sand dune beach, but this is unbelievable and must be the nearest thing to being in the Caribbean. White sand and turquoise sea - unbelievable - stretching for miles - plenty of space. The main street in Corralejo is packed with restaurants of all kinds from Chinese, Thai steak houses, burger bars, so something for everyone. Also more bars and pubs in and around old town near the harbour. Very handy for day trip to Lanzarote - good value and quick only 25 mins, and you get a day out in another island.
Would definitely go again.

Corralejo is a lovely place to visit with plenty to do, you can take your pick of beaches and you can walk to the sand dunes or get a bus that runs every half an hour for 1euro,
the harbour is about a 5 min walk where you can go over to lanzarote or take a trip on a glass bottom boat to lobos island,
there is a big water park,
there are lots of shops if you like shopping, the night life is great with plenty of bars, clubs, and live entertainment,
there are plenty of places to eat
you should visit the slow boat 2 if you like Chinese food the food and service is fantastic,
it doesn’t cost to much either,
another good place to eat is a small place called gillberts
its up a side street, lovely food!
I would go back to corralaejo we thought it was great!

If you like steak you must go to La Tasca's on the main street. Fillet steaks as big as a house brick.
Great place for fishing. Beaches very clean and not too crowded.

Corralejo town is a max 20 min walk and has many nice shops/restaurants and bars/clubs although we didnt really venture out to any of these until the last night also there was a nice little music square in the old village near the fishin harbour/port thing. Beaches are the best I've ever seen and the hotel when we were there put on a bus service daily to the main beach and if you ask them they give you a packed lunch, great! All in all, a brilliant holiday with what i would say something for everyone (markets, waterpark, shops, beaches etc) all within close proximity to the hotel and if your a explorer/walker a trip to Isla de Los Lobos is well worth trying.

We liked the resort of Corralejo as there is such a vast range of eating places, the beach is clean and there are lots of sun beds and umbrellas to hire for very little euros.
There a alot of different bars which show a lot of the football. We like it so much we are going back this april which will be our third time in one year.

Resort clean but lots of building work going on-not intrusive though unsightly in some areas.
Resort entertainment consisted of some bars, clubs etc in main town area and local eateries.
Local beach clean but have seen better and more spectacular-the dunes were expansive and breathtaking!

The resort itself was excellent. Having done 14 years in Las Americas this was a breath of fresh air!
No hills to climb & not too much trouble from the touts (just stay away from the scratchcard kings) Some great restaurants in particular the Steak Restaurant in the plaza opposite the 7 pints pub. Italian there is good too, but I gather the Mexican is poor. Lots of Chinese buffets, but stick to the Slow Boat in the plaza - the best by far.
Penny Lane is great for breakfast & the Stables is the best for watching the football on the big screen.
Was looking forward to the Baku water park, but it's closed at the minute. The landing pools are too shallow & people were hurting themselves so they are making them deeper. Should have re-opened by the time we got there, but I was told it will be more like June.
Only did the 1 trip - on the Catalanza catamaran. Go and see Laura by the harbour and get on the trip. 52 euros gets 4 hours on the boat, lunch, free bar, free jetski ride, snorkelling. The best thing you will do on your holiday!
