I first stayed here in 2000 and when i went back in 2005 the same bloke was on reception!! I found the place cleaner on the second visit the staff are grand and its right in the middle of everything but there was a problem with the water there was only about five minuites of hot water a day in the hotel we complained but nothing was done and the pool was closed off but we had the use of the one next door I was also disappointed that eddie rockets was gone

The agate apartments were great,clean had most amenities very central across from the irih center(amazing nightlife)
The lifts work from the first floor up so you have to take your cases from the ground floor to the first floor via the stairs!
Oh and I got stuck in the lift!
The cleaners came every second day and changed the towels they even ashed our dishes.....
I wasn't v keen on the reception staff they wouldn't have been the friendliest oh and make sure and get e receipt of paying your deposit you'll need it to get the deposit back!
