Location
We tried the restaurant but were not impressed, the mini market closed too early at 7pm and so did the bar at 10pm.
The pool area was good although there was a distinct lack of sun loungers on most days.
The rep never acknowledged as once as he seemed only interested in the female groups.
We had to vacate the room at 12 noon on the final day and the hotel had no provision to hire us a courtesy room for a few hours as we had a 2am return flight.

We found the rooms very clean, the maids cleaning five days out of seven. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and having no entertainment didn't seem to matter as we were centrally located.
The food on the complex was excellent and we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. We certainly had a holiday to remember and would return to Rebecca Park again.

The bungalows are situated in a quiet side road 2 minutes walk from Gran Chaparral(shops, bars & restaurants) and no more than a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo centre.
Our apartment was extremely clean-the maids came 6 days out of 7 and was very well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday.
The staff were very friendly and all spoke extremely good english.
We ate out every day because of the wide variety of restaurants nearby but we had 1 breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good and quite reasonably priced.
There is no nightlife there but that is no problem as you dont need to go very far to find it.But you do need to be quiet when coming in late at night(we were told off for talking too loudly when coming home at 2.30 one morning)!
The only complaint I have is that there is no air-conditioning in bungalows and they get extremely hot and stuffy when shut up while you are out all day.
I would definitely visit again.

As many other people have said the walls are very thin. What put us off the apartments was they were all British and several rowdy lads were staying there. Unfortunately the tour company did not seem to be interested when people complained about it.
The hotel staff were helpful but the noise and rowdiness would put us off package accommodation again. We usually book direct.

The complex is small, friendly and spotlessly clean.
Clean towels were left in the apartment every day except one, which is unusual for apartments.
The pool area is very relaxing, with Spanish radio channel playing all day from the pool bar.
If you can, ask for a pool view bungalow, these get the evening/afternoon sun and we enjoyed sitting there with a cooling drink before we went out for the evening.
The only criticism of the complex is that although there is a small lounge area in the restaurant, nobody really used it, so there was no central meeting/focal point. They tried to encourage people to make more use of it, by offering happy hours etc, but due to the very central location, you are really spoiled for choice for where to go to eat and drink.
We ate breakfast at the restaurant once, and it was very good for E3.50

The apartments are lovely and you get your own veranda which is nice if you want some privancy, the rooms are very clean and tidy and the maids changed the sheets and towels on a daily basis.
The only down fall was the pool could have been heated.

It was hard to find when we were driving from the airport and took us 45 mins to find.
The staff were friendly aswell. The only problem was that there was no entertainment at night at the complex.
I would definetly come again!

We went self catering but had many meals in their diner food very nice excellent chef.
The bungalows are situated in a quiet area but also close to all the fun. We watched the locals dancing in the KASBAH. Also loads of entertainment.
All the staff were great we had no problem being understood as they all speak reasonable English and are very friendly.
No entertainment in complex which makes it easier to sleep when you get in after a good night out.
We would go back to Rebecca Park again no problem. Great holiday. Great place. Great people. Very clean. Everyone goes out of their way to help you enjoy your holiday, we would rate it excellent.

The entrance is via a side street into reception which is nicely kitted out, small but nice. You walk past the restaurant/bar to get outside to the apartments which are all very compact and mainly around the small pool.
The apartments are not massive but perfect for the amount of time we spent in it. You walk into the kitchen/diner kitted out with all utilities with a TV and radio on one side. The hall narrows as you walk further back with a door to the bathroom leading off with the full compliment of bath/shower/toilet, sink etc.
The apartment opens out again at the back for the bedroom. Ours was a twin room with dressing table and built in wardrobe, again not massive but more then adequate for what was required.
The apartments are very clean and all have a small patio area with loungers, table and chairs. Some apartments also had a small garden. The site is complimented by flower beds and such like to give it a pleasant holiday feel even when you're actually smack in the middle of Gran Canaria streets.
Maids clean 5 out of 7 days and keep things spotless.
The pool is small but adequate for the amount of people staying there. It has a pool bar and two outdoor pool tables. There is also a tennis court behind some of the apartments.
We never used the restaurant/bar but many did and we never heard any complaints.
As with most apartment complexes there was no entertainment but there was no need to be with the location being perfect for nightlife.
We would certainly recommend these apartments and on future visits to Playa Del Ingles will stay there again.
