Taurito beach is very basic and the beach itself is unguarded and wiht dark sand. there is a huge swimming pool private in the area, which, as far as I can remember is very expensive. And you won't need it if you saty in Mogan Princess because it has 2 huge adult pools, one located in the 2nd floor of the hotel and both overlooking the bay.
Mogan beach and Mogan village are picturesc and worth the visit. The beach is much better than taurito. The hotel has a free shuttle to this village, but it is incompatible with lunch(we were FB).
Puerto Rico is also nearby (by car or bus) but bustling.
All in all, it is a beautiful hotel, with not much to do, and we eventually get stranded there unless we rent a car(which we did and was well worth it, even to go to better beaches and not depend on the Princessbus, which serves all hotels in the are and tends to get late and fill up quickly).
