Kids clubs were fantastic and a god send.
Would definately go a 3rd time.
All I had to complian about was the cockroaches in the apartment. We stayed in an appartment round the bar and food hall so thats probably why we had some visitors.
Also, still had to be up at 8am to get a sunbed!

On arrival to the apartments it looks a bit out of the way but infact it is only a 15 minute walk in to the town from the main door or you can get a taxi from Reception for about 3 euros at the most....
The apartments are very clean and tidy nothing out of place, we had the bedding/towels changed everyday apart from Sunday when this was the cleaners day off. We had lots/too many towels which was a bonus. The T.V was ok but no remote and we decided to pay for the extra english channels which was 18 euros for a week not too bad really.
The grounds around the apartments are kept clean and tidy and never no rubbish about. You get a table and chairs to sit out on your balcony on.

There were a few small problems. One with the drain airlock and one with the toilet window position, but nothing too bad to worry about.
It was a 15-minute walk to the town centre. But taxis are only just over 3 euros, so well worth it--especially on the way home.
The staff were great although we didn't do a lot of the entertainment they were very helpful.
Another thing to note when we bought the submarine excursion children over 12 go as adults so two of us paid over 100 euros. It was good, but not value for money, (e.g there was one manta ray -goodness help them if somebody catches it whilst fishing-) we did check elsewhere but could not get cheaper than offered at the holiday village.
I would consider visiting this resort again.

The kids clubs were brilliant - and with 3 sessions during the day and a 9-11 one most evenings, they really do keep the lids entertained. raft building, high ropes, watersports, board games, both my kids (7 and 11) loved it.
Evening entertainment in the dome was good. The usual kids disco followed by bingo, then reps shows, such as generation game etc. The singing shows by the E3 team were very good indeed. They work so hard. My son thought Tom was brilliant.
Can't comment on all-incluseive food, but ate in the chicken shack (burgers, chips, breakfasts), and it was well cooked, and the staff were great.
Pool was cleaned every day, pool areas hosed down, rooms cleaned 6 days a week. Can't fault the staff.
Read some reviews about Q's at the bar. Peak season, the longest I saw the Q was 10 people, with 2 barmen serving, and a wait of 3mins. I've waited longer in my local.
Only downside would be the walk to the beach/restaurants, which is 10-15mins. Most nights we got a cab back, which costs 3 Euro's.
daytime entertainment round the main pool was really just a quiz or volleyball, but you weren't hassled to join in if you didn't want to. Not noisy at all.
We went on 3 trips. The submarine, volcanoes, and waterpark. All worth doing.
I'd go here again, and would recommend it if you have young children.

The staff work incredibly hard, all day everyday. Not just the hotel staff but the Firstchoice staff. The kid's clubs are amazing, we hardly saw our two Daughter's 6 & 7 (Their choice!)
Some apartment blocks have their own pool which are cleaned daily, and yes they are cold, but so needed in the heat.
Beach is ten/fifteen mins away but worth the walk. Nearby market on a Wednesday and Saturday, worth a visit.
Evening entertainment fab for children and again staff work their socks off. Would love to go again in October half term.

Sun Tropical is a great family resort and I would recomend it to anyone going on holiday with children and looking for a clean, safe, friendly, fun resort with great swimming pools, activities for kids and adults.
I have to agree with everyone who has said 'go self-catering', we have been all-inclusive before and this village doesn't not match up to other AA(you can upgrade once there if you want)
The pools are not as cold as I expected from other peoples reports (I have been in much colder, lol and I don't do cold) I went in several times a day, you need to to cool down.
The Reps and Entertainment staff are great and we joined in games/quizes and made some great friends, we really had a laugh, and won 3 bottles of wine :-)
As said before the Doom sound is really bad, but even so it is still worth going in the night for the entertainment.
We went on the Island tour; saw a volcano, wine tasting, rode on a camel and dinner (recomend) and the waterpark (not worth the money)
We stayed in the Kiwi block which I requested after reading reviews on here, rooms are fine for 3 but small for 4 and not enough storage but as you only sleep there we managed
All in all a fantastic holiday we really didn't want to go home... I deffinately recomend Sun Tropical :-)

We stayed in the watermelon block and it was ideal with a pool just outside the door.
However the food in the buffet was to put it polietly inedible, it was bland, over cooked and we spent the two weeks wishing we had gone self catering.
We would recommend this resort to anyone but only on a self catering basis, never never as all inclusive customers.
