The hotel is very basic only a 2 star. The food not too bad. The entertainment is only fit for idiots. No nightlife close. Have to catch a bus to any bars or restaurants. Put me off going back to Lanzarote ever again. If you would like to be in bed by 8.30 pm and like cats they are everywhere on the complex they even have a cat cafe. Lots of guests on crutches or in wheel chairs from falling over very steep in places.

hotel was fantastic and very clean. supermarket was a bit expensive though. we never tried the hotel entertainment so can,t realy make a comment. reception staff could have been a bit more polite, didn,t put us off though we will certainly be back.

Very clean spacious apartments escpecially the upper ones.
Poolside quiet with ample space choice of two pools.
Entertainment staff very good with kids. Didnt see much of ours. No fighting for sunbeds here. Quiet location but very near the centre and beach.
The apartments are actually in Matagorda. 6 euros to airport or Puerto del Carmen. Macdonalds not far away!!!!!
Would definitely go back.
