Stayed here for 10 nights end of July with my wife and 2 lads (17 &15) and really can't fault the place apart from the hill but we new this before booking so I'll not rabbit on about that
The apartments are in lovely grounds which are maintained to a good standard
The apartment we had (room 66) was everything we could ask for and very nicely done out and had everything we needed for self catering but just wish we had a better view as we had a massive tree right in front of balcony, we knew there was no A/C and the rooms could do with thus been added but to be fair we was never in room unless we was getting ready to go out or to sleep,the rooms where kept clean every other day with sheets and towels changed.
The pool looks a lot bigger in the photos and to be fair got a bit crowded at times and when first arrived the sunbeds wasn't a problem as you could still get one at 10 in the morning then after first 3 data you had to b up before 730am to grab some and I did hear folk having ago about it.
All the staff work really hard at these apartments and always had a smile on there faces and the reception man on nights is a brilliant bloke many a night we came in after 3 in the morning and had a good laugh with us and also to Sarah in the day who runs round looking after everyone and making sure they have a brilliant holiday.
I would have no problems going back to this hotel but I think I would like to be a bit closer to the beach and main bars down Puerto Colon as we spent most of our time there.
