We stayed in this hotel last Febuary and were well impressed with location and value for money so stayed again in Oct 06.

We had a 2 bedroomed apartment which was very spacious and had fantastic sea views. The apartment was above shops/restaurants but very quiet.

Fantastic food in the Picasso Restaurant overlooking the sea and for a good friendly bar try Goodfellas which is just a 5 minute walk.

The cleanliness and security of the apartment was very good. The pool area is small, but quiet, or just walk the 10m to the beach.

Hotel staff very friendly.

We visited the Vistasur apartments in July 2006 and had a great time!!! Weather was great apart from a few days, but these were the days we went on excursions!

The hotel was clean, however on the first day there, we did find ants crawling up the bathroom sink, however left the plug in so they couldn't get us!!!

There were many restaurants situated around the apartments, the first night we chose to eat at the vistasur restaurant which was only 8.50 euros for a 3 course meal, but was limited, and we had a free glass of wine each, which was great!

The hotel is located in a lovely area, very very close to the beach!

Pool is reasonable and very quiet when we went, so had the option of beach or pool, as beach became very busy!

The hotel staff were really friendly, but you have to talk slowly, as English is ok but not fantastic!and coming from Cornwall, I think the accent was a bit difficult for them to understand!!!

No entertainment as such at the complex, however a 10 min walk to Los Christianos or 1 40 min walk to centre of las Americas would have found busy nightlife. There is however a small strip of pubs next to the complex (mainly English), or a five min walk past the Monkey bar restaurant (very very nice, but expensive!!) you could find a few pubs with live entertainment, karaoke e.t.c and a superb Chinese!! we ate here twice, staff were very friendly!!

All in all we had a super stay and we would definitely visit the Vistasur apartments again, but maybe in a few year times!!!

I booked this apartment at the last minute after looking at numerous sites up until days before I wanted to go. The price more than halved for the group in a matter of days and was snapped up. When holiday was confirmed it said 2 bedroon seaview and that is what we got. The apartments were huge with living room, dining area, clean good sized bathroom, 2 big bedrooms and best of all a massive balcony overlooking the atlantic. Very impressive!

The apartment was cleaned daily in the afternoon and clean towels etc were always left. We never used the pool as it was very small and next to the ocean which is very big so no competition. Therefore can't comment on the cleanliness of the pool.

The location was also just what we wanted, in between Las Americas and Los Cristianos so had the best of both world. There wasn't any planned enterainment in the hotel, to my knowledge, so gave that a 1 rating. Never had to use the hotel staff much but when we did they all spoke excellent English and were very polite and helpful

A couple of bad points were that we had to pay 120euros deposit, you get this back when you check out. We also had a cockroach moment, nothing new in Tenerfire though, and we only saw them in the apartment on one occasion.

Overall an excellent apartment in very good location. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this to anybody booking a late deal in Las Americas/Los Cristianos.

We booked this holiday last minute (about 2 weeks before departure) and all I can say is 'what a bargain!!!'.

First impressions of the place were good, the complex looked huge and it was. All rooms were situated around a courtyard where there were shops and restaurants.

The staff at the complex were really friendly and helpful. There was always someone at hand if you needed assistance and they all spoke English well.

When we opened the door to the apartment, we were gobsmacked at the size of the room. It was huge. We certainly didn't expect for there to be another floor upstairs!

There was a downstairs toilet with washbasin, a well wequipped clean and modern kitchenette, a dining table with four chairs, 2 sideboards, a television, a settee with a pull out bed and two other chairs. There was also a balcony which although was small, you were able to fit two chairs out there.

Upstairs had a little landing at the top of the stairs with a window which was nice to let in extra air, alovely sized bathroom which was very clean. It had a nice sized mirror with light above, a large deep bath and shower, and a toilet and bidet. There was also a rose in a vase next to the sink which had a marble surround which was a nice touch.

Opposite the bathroom door were fitted wardrobes which had an adequate amount of hangers and lots of storage space. There were also extra pillows.

The actual bedroom was also very large. It had twim beds which were comfortable, with lights and a radio above. A dressing table and stool with a mirror overhead was also present.

To our suprise there was another balcony! And it was massive! It had sunloungers on it!!! It also had a patio table with three chairs and a clothes horse.

We did overlook another hotel but we were able to see the sea to the left of us. Even though we were opposite another hotel you didn't get the feeling that you were being watched which was nice. The balcony's of the VistaSur were desinged as not to overlook your neighbours unless you were to put your head over the wall!

Another good feature of the room was that there were plenty of power points which has been a porblem in other places we've stayed.

The pool was on the small side but was very clean. However you were right next to the beach so this didn't really matter. Loungers were free at the poolside and with the ccomplex having restaurants and bars situated right next to the pool, you were able to have a meal and leave your belongings without the fear of them being stolen.

Although there was no entertainment provided by the VistaSur, there were plenty of restaurants and bars in which some did have karoke, etc. We tended to go out of the complex most nights.

We would definately stay at these apartments again and thouroughy enjoyed our stay.
