The pool was very shallow but great for a cool down. I was a bit disappointed that pool closed at 6pm, so there was no chance for an evening swim. The view from the hotel was splendid. One side was the beach and the other was Mount Tiede.
It was a very peaceful location but close to the centre. Every evening there was entertainment provided in the bar including live music, snake show, an owl show etc. There was a free minibus to and from the centre. The food was fresh and tasty with a great selection every meal. The rooms and hotel were cleaned daily but there were many German guests.
