An excellent hotel, probably the best I have stayed in on holidays in Puerto.
The hotel is situated in the quiet area of La Paz just a few minutes from the centre of Puerto. There is a free shuttle bus to the town centre at regular intervals throughout the day.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and have tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and a safe. There is a lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds. The food is a buffet, the food of a high standard with plenty of choice though possibly aimed more at the German guests who are in the majority. The staff are excellent, nothing seems to be to much trouble and are a credit to the hotel.
During my visit in late autumn most of the guests were probably in the 60+ age group but there are family rooms, a children's pool and playground so would be good for families during the summer school holidays period.

Hotel tip: Some ground floor rooms can be a bit noisy if situated over the kitchens.

The hotel its self is very clean and well looked after.
Their is a lot of variety in the food, their is something for every one with food that is cooked freshly infront of you.
The staff are all very friendly especially the hotel manager who makes an extra effort to speak to every one. Also Isias who works in the resturant is a super star! However not all staff in the hotel can speak English.
The entertainment is not that good we found our selves going out of the hotel to find places to go.
All in all a good holiday!!

This is a beautiful hotel, ideal location away from the centre but a very cheap taxi ride away and only five minutes.
It was very clean, glass lift down to a lovely pool area, loads of sunbeds and parasols even at lunch time.
Beautifully landscaped, plenty of facilities.
Food was delicious and plenty of choice, some things cooked in front of you.
Some of the entertainment was very good, some evenings not so good.
Our Hotel room was lovely, we were upgraded to superior which was much larger than standard with a massive balcony overlooking mount Teide, the rooms were also sound proof.
The down side when we arrived were some of the waitressers, they did not seem happy to have English people staying there and were very rude towards me.
My husband reported this to the rep and she told the manager, we were apologised to and attitudes soon changed, apparently the hotel has only had English guests for a month and the management is desperate to give a good impression.
I told the rep that my son had become engaged while on
holiday, later that day a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit had been sent to their room.
Mount Teide trip, Loro park, dolphin trip are all a must, the one to avoid is the Broadway show, this is really a rep night that goes on for eternity, we felt like we'd been conned, avoid.

Staff very friendly and service focused
Food good for numbers being catered for
Very clean hotel (2 years old)
Geared to the German market. Therefore very clean. Hotal Management did a cocktail reception for all guests to introduce staff (good idea) but delivered the whole thing in German. Would have been nice to have some english content
