myself and our big family have been staying in the pueblo indalo for the past four years. our first holiday was our best at the pueblo, this was due to our fantastic holiday reps,

the hotel was huge!!!!! plenty of exercise up and down the one billion steps, however when we chatted with the lovely falcon rep aoife molloy she organised us to be moved to a lower appartment, which was fab!! thankyou ms. molloy........

having six children in our party it was quite hectic but thankgod for falcon's kids club they were amazing they really went above and beyond for our kids. when we talk about our holidays there is two or three names that pop up all the time.. the absolutely fab amanda fitzgerald (candy mandy) we all love her... also simon reed and again the rep aoife,
without them we would have been pulling our hair out...
thankyou lads you made our holiday fab!!!!

the entertainment was good same thing year after year time for something new please!!!

our second year was a success!!! because thankfully candy mandy had returned, our mainline rep emma was lovely very sweet but we did miss aoife, but we did have emma and mandy!! however the male rep was quite rude to us which we have never come accross before i wont name names here as that would be rude like you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when we returned in 2007 neither candy mandy or aoife where their and it really upset our trip..
we have not stayed there since but, when we did thankyou god!! for our lovely two irish girls mandy and aoife and our other reps emma and simon...

the hotel was fab altho i would not recommend talking to reception for any issues go to your reps....

thankyou.
Edel.

The apartment was lovely and clean and we received clean towels and sheets every 3 days. The air con went off from about 10am till 2pm which was a good incentive to get to the pool.

The children adored the pool and the entertainment. The entertainment team were very friendly to the children and had their photos taken with them many times!

Stayed at Publeo Indalo last week of July - 1st week in August 2006.. Complex is beautiful but alot of steps! One side of the pool area is 3 storeys high and the opposite must be at least 10 storeys high. one other guest commented they had 180 steps every day to climb. The apts are basic but clean. You can hire a kettle/toaster for the week 9Euros each for a week. Water Aerobics every morning which was noisy - the music boomed up the gardens every morning.

Pools were lovely and quite warm. We took sunbeds everyday in the grassed area and there were plenty of sunbeds to be got.

AirCon was switched off from 2am - 7am!!! nightmare - complained to reception as they had control over the operational times - they put it on all the time which was good.

Entertainment staff were quite good - although some of the shows were getting to the tedious/boring stage as the two girls that were doing compere had to say everything twice - 1-English and 1-Spanish. Supermarket on site was ok but didnt do fresh milk so we usually just kept it for buying the water and walked to outside supermarket for the rest of our stuff.

Loads of steps which were a pain, but accommodation clean, no problem getting sunbeds.

The staff were all lovely.

The kids enjoyed the kids club but numbers were limited to 8 per session. Sometimes they were disappointed as they couldn

The Pueblo Indalo apartments were comfortable, roomy and well equipped for those on a self catering holiday. One drawback was that there was only a maid service twice a week.

Our biggest concern was that the complex was used by University students who were very noisy, sometimes shouting and singing until after two in the morning. They took over the bar area at certain times of the day. There was no mention of this in the JMC brochure. This situation only existed for the first three days of our holiday, presumably because it was near the end of their term, but it did disrupt our enjoyment and caused a lack of sleep for the first four nights of our stay. The hotel has a definite tie up with the University of Granada and we felt that holiday company's should tell you this.

Excellent although the steps are a bit tiresome you get used to it after a while location was excellent next to the beach was perfect.

Food in the buffet is okay but I only ate there two times beause you could get bored of the food.

Entertainment was excellent not noisy during the day which was a bonus and the shows were ejoyable. Air con at the receptions descretion but its not at all bad.

Pueblo indalo was one of the most pleasant apartments I have ever stayed in.

The Pueblo Indalo is in a great location, right opposite the beach. We had a great holiday, but just some things to be aware of -

We had 144 steps to our apartment, or you could use a series of steep ramps. Not good in the midday heat, or when trying to carry luggage.

Also, the maids came in twice a week, but did not change our towels until the day before we left.

The floors were not cleaned either and the bin wasn't emptied.

The hotel was clean, and the spanish hotel staff were helpful. The first choice rep was a little rude, and the kid's club was ok, but over half of the sessions were payable sessions (and not cheap)!!

Pool was great in the day. Lots of space to swim about.
At night there was alot of mosquitos flying about, so be sure to keep windows and doors shut and the air con on full blast!

Just got back from the Pueblo Indalo this being our second visit to this excellant resort. This is a great family resort and even though the entertainment and activities had not changed it was a wonderful 2 weeks.

As before we went self catering and we would often go to English restaurant Blue Lagoon and the sands but we did visit one of chinese eateries which was fantastic.

The kids clubs were great and my two older ones still talk about happy helen and super sharon, the pools are great and I often played football which broke the day up nicely, I will never forget those aqua volleyball games every day at 12, what a laugh.

The location is great and the trip to mini hollywood was one of the highlights.

Well I have left the evening entertainment until last, I had some of the best times ever with the entertainment team and John, Adam and Paul were brilliant, I was often pulled up on stage to appear in a few shows, the western show I will never forget, what a night.

We made some new friends and have promised to meet up again at the Pueblo Indalo in 2 years, I can't wait.
