Hi,
Stayed in these apartments May 2003 for two weeks. No problems at all with any building works all finished now. Very clean, and no problem with noise at all, even though the place was full of holiday makers. Pool still cleaned every day, and lifeguard there most of the time, although there were not enough sun beds.
I returned to these apartments for Christmas and New Year of 2003, and although nothing has changed we did experience a lot more noise , and it was from the locals. In fact the place seemed to be over run with them.
Our bedding was changed every 4th day whilst we were there, and new loo rolls at the same time

STAYED THERE 7 - 15/10/03. 2 Adults 18th floor In the MONACO block on the complex.
There are 3 blocks 22 floors high and a line of masionette type apartments 3 floors high. One large round pool and smaller rectangular pool at higher level with pool bar but there may not be enough sunbeds at high season. Pool depth 1.9m max in centre but has submerged walkways. A lifeguard is in attendance.
The rooms were clean, tidy but basic. Contained auto washer / drier, toaster, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, elec radiator,free tv with basic channels, air cond at a price. Bath, shower, handbasin, bidet, toilet in same room / 1 bedroom / lounge / balcony.
Linen is only changed every 7 days as with toilet roll provision so be prepared to buy your own rolls you also need your own ignitor for gas hob. This developement has not been long completed therefore very clean but it is well up quite steep hill so mobility will be big problem for elderly and infirm although some tour operators have free minibus. Pushchairs, elderly, infirm will have problems in masionettes as there are staircases not lifts.

Stayed in the vacaza in september 03 with my mum and friend.Rooms were very clean and spacious and you couldnt complain at the standard of them. However, the location of the apartments was dreadful. Its ok for people who love long walks in order to get to the beach and main bars and clubs. There was no entertainment in the hotel and we didnt see many staff around the complex. Wouldnt return here, only because of the location of the complex.

We booked as a group and were given two rooms, 1 key for each room. Given that there was 6 people in each room I don't think it was good enough.
We had clothes stolen from our rooms on the first week.
Staff were very unhelpful and I think the hotel is a disgrace.

The hotel cleanliness in particuler was very good. There were always clean towels and fresh bedding.
The location of the hotel was great, it was right next to the city centre and the beach.
