Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

There are a few areas that require attention to smarten them up.There are areas I would visit in darkness,but I'm afraid there are still some British visitors who make a nusience of themselves in drink.It is embarresing to think they are one of us,however that will not stop us visiting Benidorm.We have travelled extensively through out the world,but visit Benidorm at least once per annum, some times twice over the last 35 years.Some 65-70 visits have shown us many changes during this time

Benidorm is my favorit holiday resort have booked to go again this year.Iwould say there enough there to suit anybody's taste

Benidorm what can i say but ,I LOVE IT no matter what your taste is you will find it here,quite bars,rowdy bars, karaoke bars,everthing for everyone.
Beach cleaned every day as is the resort,numerous amount of shops to trawl around the tackier ones are run by chinese and are your typical touristy shops.
Prices of drinks can vary but that depends if they have entertainment on, and not forgetting the now famous John and Josephs which we noticed had been extended and now has entertainment, always lots going on in Benidorm, fantastic.

Benidorm must be the best place to be in at Christmas. We had warm, sunny weather, some shops even open on Christmas Day, stopped for numerous coffees and drinks and had wonderful service everywhere. Visited the Benidorm Palace on Boxing Night and were very impressed,will definitely go again

Poniente is not as lively as Levante, but not far to travel by car, taxi or bus if you want to go to Levante.

I love Benidorm. Usually try to visit here once a year but not had chance.
I love the sculptures that are made out of sand on the promanade.
Everyone must go to Jan and Josephs pub, its geat, its cheap and very good service.
I will definitely be going to Benidorm this year, just not in December.

Benidorm has a lot going for it, the prom and shopping by the old town are great, my tip is forget about the back streets as these can be a bit grotty, stick to the prom and the street adjacent to prom and shop in and around old town and you will love this resort. It does have its share of what i call British seaside tackiness BUT if you look hard enough you will find some very nice shops and restaurants.It attracts all sorts of people there of lots of classy folks there in the winter.. enjoy...

Benidorm was very busy as we arrived during Fiesta week. There are loads of bars and shops and a nice promenade and there is something for everyone here. I have lost count of the number of times I have been here and I still love it!!!

the resort its self was lovely, a little out of the way from the main town (well four miles) but lovely clean beaches and lots to do in the main town.
dont knock benidorm its great, just dont stay at the Gran Bali.

Still on holiday whilst leaving this feedback.
Hotel room very dirty with grime also bugs crawing around the floor.
Returned back to the room after a afternoon out and found the room had been robbed.
The receptionist didn't seem to be interested and seemed to think this is all part of going on holiday!
Very poor and upsetting..
Very dangerous on the stairs and around the pool area!
Lifts are faulty and the doors are rusty to the extent they dont shut properly.
Be warned!!!
