Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

benidorm is excellent, enteraintment very good. we went to a bar on the first night after trying to book into our acco and told firm gone bankrupt, it was 10pm went into the grand national pub asked for food, this was not a problem to the manager and staff who made us very welcome, 18 meals and drinks were served in no time welldone to the grand national staff, by the way the food was lovely everyone in benidorm was helpful apart from the managermanager at the tropican suites/magic rock gardens, however this did not spoil our holiday in benidorm will go bacl later on this year, with the right company

We love Benidorm and go back time after time. We have relatives and friends living there so we always enjoy ourselves.The bars we visit are friendly and well run with good food and clean toilets. There's always some form of entertainment from morning until,well,next morning or you can sit on the beach(rubbish free) or ,of course wander around the many duty free shops or take advantage of one f the excursions. We will go to Benidorm ANY time - can't wait until June

The resort of Benidorm is great I was pleasantly surprised don't think I would visit in the summer though.
The pubs are fantastic so many to choose from, most do happy hour between 5 and 10.30 some even do 2 for 1 on local spirits all night.
As we booked full board we didn't try any food in resort
I would definitely return to Benidorm.

Benidorm is getting a bit 'old hat'The beach as always is kept very clean.
There is entertainment to suit every taste.
Local bus service is very good,you can travel quite a long way for 1 euro,and there are some some trips out.
We have been to Benidorm many times but doubt if we will go again.

I think Benidorm has suffered by too many high rise buildings spoiling the views from hotels.

Benidorm is an excellent resort to stay, ideal for any ages. Theres plenty of things to do day and night for children and adults. The resort is clean and tidy. Although we didn't go on the beach(due to the weather,) in january it looked clean and inviting. I would definatly visit this resort again.

Benidorm is an amazing place, you can have a busy holiday, a quiet holiday, an active holiday or a relaxing holiday. Its my 6th visit.
The shopping is great both classy, and cheap and cheerful are there in plenty. We visited Terra Natura, it was very quiet and some restaurents and shops were shut, we payed 29.90 euros each, my son is 16, and that covered admission all your soft drinks, coffees and beer. and a 3 course meal. The meal was fine, the basic admission price is £20 euros, you will be there all day and the cafes are expensive so the inclusive price is good value. We enjoyed it, the elephant enclosure is amazing and you can walk beside wild boar and see all sorts of birds right beside you flying about etc. you get the no 21 or 22 bus which stops right across from Hotel Poseidon.
The Queen Vic was brilliant for family meals, my son is autistic and doesnt like busy places so we walked a lot and he loved the toy shops which were full of beautiful cuddly toys reasonably priced.

Benidorm has lots of entertaiment to suit all tastes with beautiful beaches, lots of clubs,pubs, restaurants and shows to see.

Just great our 15th time to Benidorm in 25 yrs.
Things change around more cabaret shows more free trips [ with no catch ] cheap shops oh and not a Spanish donkey to be seen. Just Hong Kong type clothiers with shops at prices for quality clothes you need to see to believe.

With the exception of some dog fouling in some side streets especially around the market area this is a first class resort.
