We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

Avoid!
If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Benidorm is a great place to visit offering something for all age groups. The beach is excellent and seems to go on forever. The only tip i would give if you visit the beach in peak season and go into the sea is know where your sunlounger is otherwise it is easy to lose your bearings.
My only problem would be that at night as there are people giving out flyers for pubs the streets can get quite littered.
I would definitly visit Benidorm again.

I have been to Benidorm several times before but never stayed in the old town. The beach there I would not rate it was packed so decided not to both, But levante beach is great. The old town is like walking round typical Spain whereas New town is just like England in the Sun!!! We have had some great nights out in the two Irish Bars in the centre and some good food in Tony Romas. We cant comment on the family entertainment as we were to busy getting drunk!

Our first time in Benidorm thoroughly enjoyed it.
It is about a 25 min walk to the Old Town of Benidorm and well worth a visit. Mundomar is an excellent place to visit - dolphin shows with panoramic scenery backdrop. The sealion show very entertaining and the animals well kept. We caught a bus up there an walked back - only about 15 min walk downhill.
Was disappointed with the choice of food in restaurants at the Levante end of Benidorm and found some of the daily 3 course specials on the sea front finished at 4.00p.m.
Turn left from the apartments and left again and the Costa Games 2 cafe do very cheap food and drinks - 1pt beer 1 euro - Gin & tonic 1 euro 50c.
There was every kind of entertainment you could wish for in the resort. Perhaps one or two more tribute bands/singers would be good.
We eventually found how to catch the train that goes round to the old town and back - goes from just below the Hotel Pancho in the Ave Mediterraneo. We were not so lucky catching the site seeing tram it does not appear to work Sundays or Mondays. However we did catch the open top bus which took us to the Hotel Bali a good trip for 8 euro which includes the 5 euro visit to the top of the Bali - the views were well worth the trip if you have a head for heights.
Since returning have found lots of interesting places, on a Benidorm website, to visit next time, the Lemon Express being one of them.
The beach was about 200 yards downhill and the water sports quite entertaining. The uphill climb back was perhaps not for the elderly or anyone with a heart complaint. However was good exercise.
Would definitely go back.
