We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Benidorm has always appealed to me, I have been 4 times. The entertainment is second to none and you wont find entertainment like this anywhere else in Spain/Portugal/Turkey. I like to return to Benidorm every 3 - 4 years. Not always the cleanest of resorts, some nasty smells linger from the drains in July / August too, but just hold your nose as you get to the smelly parts, you soon get to know them. Beach is brilliant if you like the sand, I prefer a pool, pina colada and a good book.

Benidorm is Benidorm! You can have anything you want from a holiday here. tacky shops and bars or cultural entertainment and typical Spanish tapas bars and bodegas.
The seafront and promenade on Levante Beachare very attractive and spotlessly clean.
Eating out- you can find most types of food here and it is very reasonably priced. If it's your thing then you can have an 'English breakfast' for 1 euro! Our party of 4 even had a Chinese banquet with wine for 5 euros each! You can find any nationality of food. We did find a Belgian owned restaurant on sea front where the owner made a spectacular Belgian choc mousse and served fab galic mushrooms.
We travelled to other local villages too- hopped on bus to Albir for 1 euro and found that very nice place. Got taxi to La Cala and found that a very pretty bay. We had a lovely 4 course meal there in a Spanish sea front restaurant for less than 10 euros each.
Benidorm old town is very pretty and the church there is lovely.
Don't be put off going on the 'blanket trips' they are a good way to see past the resort you are staying in. We went with the Green Line tour and although we had to listen to a 30 min blanket sell- which I thought quite interesting we also went to a wine cellar, the Animal Sanctuary and Guadalest. Not bad for free!
Have been to Benidorm 4 times now and like it as a 'little week' in Spring or Autumn for sea, sun and relaxation.

Loads to do in Benidorm for families, couples and singles. Having spent 2 weeks there with my family and visited Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualand, Mundomar and Benidorm Palace, would only return for a week in future or perhaps even a long weekend. Would not recommend Terra Natura however - a complete waste of money, unfinished, very little shelter from the sun and expected to pay to use the water area, which is the biggest part of the park. Had trouble entertaining my 8 yr old for an hour and a half there!

New York with a beach. The beaches were extraordinarily clean - and the sand sculputures had to be seen to be believed!!!. No shortage of loungers.
I would give this resort 100% for entertainment value. We went to the cabaret bars about 4 or 5 times but ended up eventually in a little Irish bar called the Four Leaf Clover. They had entertainment on nearly every night and it was 'super friendly'. A lovely place to chill out and just sit back and enjoy yourself.
The hotel we were in was fairly near the old town and it was therefore quite a long walk to the cabaret bars - and even longer on the way back.
We went on two trips on the Catamaran. One to Benidorm Island (I would give this one a miss - there's nothing there - the next boat back to Benidorm could not come soon enough!). We also went to Tabarco Island which I would recommend - a lovely little place - with a fantastic restaurant where you can have a three course meal for 10 Euros - and the food was excellent too.
I think everyone has to go to Benidorm at least once but after 11 nights we were ready to come home. Of all the places I have visited I found the locals to be the least friendly.

Benidorm is a great place for a fun filled holiday, the buses run every ten minutes and it is 90 cents were ever you go.
We enjoyed days out at Terra Mittika, Terra Natura, Mondemar, Aqualandia, We took a boat trip to Benidorm rock were you can go on a glass bottom boat to see the ocean life.
Beach is very clean with plenty of lifeguards, lots of water sports available like jet skis, bananna boats, pedal boats, paragliding.
Bars are plentiful and most of them British, shops are in the dozens we picked up some great bargains.

My party had not been to this resort before. They could not believe how good it was.
We were all over 60 and there was plenty to do for all age groups.

The resort was clean, the entertainment on a night was excellent!
We only stayed up the Plazer end and White Horse we enjoyed it.
We never got on the beach but walked along side of it and it was lovely and clean.
As I said in my report can't wait to come back.
