Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week

All the bars were open at Xmas time so you don't have to sit bored in the hotel.
We found Steptoes 1 bar very good with a funny scouse comedian, he was really good.

This was our second visit to Benidorm - the previous time we visited in October. Personally, we wouldn't want to go in the high season - I think it would be too busy for our liking.
Loads of bars and restaurants - mostly British. We stayed all inclusive so only went out a couple of times - there are some great commedians around if that's your kind of thing.
We walked for miles every day - the prom is lovely and the beaches fantastic.

Benidorm is a favourite for everyone,you can be in the built up area one moment and on the neach front in a different world five mins later. It has somthing for everyone.

Front areas and promenade kept exceptionally clean. Brilliant shopping in the old town, great atmosphere over the new year period,street performers etc.
Entertainment is what you make it,personally I dont like bingo,tacky shows etc but found that this resort offers something for all tastes. Lots of small bars and plenty of atmosphere and laughs!
Beach as always stunning with some lovely sand sculptures over the christmas/new year period.Plenty of room get up early and you can have the beach to yourself!

Benidorm is famous for it beaches and these continue to be cleaned nightly, consequently in a morning the beaches are spotless with only the tractor tyre marks showing.
Away from the "tourist traps" and mainly in the residential areas,we noticed the increased problems with dog poo on the pavements.
The entertainment is excellent, there is something for everyone from 19 to 90 years old.
Having visited Benidorm for several years now, I do think that the spanish need to keep a check on the "chinese/oriental" shops that seem to be taking over the resort, all selling the same tatty, cheap plastic junk, and I personally think that these shops do nothing to enhance the spanish culuture of this resort, and I would get rid of them tomorrow if I could.

Benidorm has everything the winter holidaymaker wants. There are lots of places to go and see. It was quite chilly when we were there but we were out and about all the time and had a great time. It's not my kind of place in the summer as it would be to hot nad busy but would certainly recommend it for a winter break particularly for couples with no children as the nightlife is great and there's something for everyone.

I dont think I would visit benidorm in the summer, but on a winter break it was perfect. The weather over the new year period was beautiful every day, only one cloudy cold morning. If you got out of the breeze and into a sheltered spot you got a great tan.

Beach was one of the nicest I have seen, entertainment was good, but lots of dog poo on the floor everywhere!
