We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

Benidorm never changes and you'd be a fool if you expected it to be any different from your last visit.
Some of the cabaret bars need a serious look at their billing .It's the same old tired acts that have been doing the circuit for the last 10 years or so.
Some are very good Like Steptoes,Stardust and change their acts accordingly like Danny Downing,Tony Scott,Danny Dean,Ivor Richards, Albi Senior.All we had seen before but all had a fresh new approach to their act's.
Others like Talk of the coast are showing the same old thing night after night,
Benidorm streets could be a bit cleaner ,I noticed there was a lot of dog mess,not very nice at all.
Beach wasn't as clean as it was 2 years ago and I noticed the sunbed hire had gone up quite a bit too.
I will rturn to Benidorm again but not for a good few years

The resort was spotless, The beach and streets were cleaned every night. The selection of bars, clubs and restaurants were endless.i would recommend a visit to Benidorm and the Rio Park to anyone young or old. Swimming with the seals in aqualandia is well worth doing.

All age groups catered for. Good selection of bars shops etc. Good transport links. Beach has play areas for kids, excellent facilities for the disabled. Smart, clean, well kept promenade with plenty of seating areas. Sand sculptures displayed are a must to see!!

i stayed in benidorm which is brilliant plenty of night life also lots for the kids. the beach is lovely and most of all the people are so friendly

We found this year more noticably benidorm had a bit of a smell about it, initially we put it down to the underground car park and maybe a build up of water, but even down the frount and along the main street the smell was still there, also due to no grass the dogs were fouling anywhere so we had to watch our feet constantly, we went to Mcdonalds in the old town and were horrified at the differance of standards from there to the uk mcd's the toilets were broken and filthy and the queues/serving time were horrendous, it took one girl 45 mins to serve 3 people

This was the eighth time i have been to Benidorm and there is no doubt I will be back again. There is something for everyone! It just gets better and better. If you dont like Benidorm i really don not think there is much places you would like! There is so much to do for adults, teenagers and young children. The beach is unbelievable, you really have to see it to believe it. Its fantastic!

My family and myself have been visiting Benidorm for the last 10 years and love it ! There's so much to do and some beautiful places to visit like Altea , Guadalest & Calpe to name a few.The beach is always kept clean and the promenade is lovely to walk along.Night life has something for everyone.Karaoke , shows, discos or just restaurants there's a real mixture.It really is the best place to be....

I hadn't been to Benidorm before and would reccomend it to anyone, it really does have something for everyone. Even a Sunday roast if you want. The Stretford End serves good food with good service at resonable prices. Very welcolming to children. We asked for a spare plate and gave our three year old bits of our dinner and it was no problem. The beaches are cleaned every night without fail and all the bins empited although with the number of bins around I was amazed at the amount of rubbish people left behind. There is a wide variety of entertainment available in the various bars and resturants with children catered for in many of them although some places request small children have left by eight or nine. The water park and Mundomar are excellent days out. Don't buy the tickets from the rep just walk up and get the special offer tickets from the park on the day. Terra Mitica is another good day out. Don't buy the week ticket offered by Portland unless you love rides and have no young children with you. There are various shows on at Terra Mitica which are worth watching just don'e expect them to be in english although you can understand what is going on. All in all a very enjoyable holiday for all of us. Ages of the party were 52,50,42,29,16,14&3.

beach and streets cleaned every day, although streets a bit mucky of a night due to litter louts. entertainment first class, something for everyone. love kay michelle, same act last 7 years, but we still find her very funny and will see her again sept. for drink and snack lunchtime try murrays, [across dual carriageway] by rays chippy,
good value and warm welcome.
