We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week

As we are all aware Benidorm has some excellent facilities, plenty of night life and the beach is excellent. They work hard to keep all areas very clean and presentable.

People say that Benidorm has something for everyone and that is true. The New Part is where the partying and the boozing takes place. The Old Town is quaint with narrow streets with a number of bars/shops. The Old Part is quieter and in my mind a great base if you don't want to actually be in the middle of the hussle and bussle and the beach larger. If you like Tapas you will be spoilt for choice in Benidorm. What I did not like about Benidorm were the gangs of pick pockets and I felt vulnerable when I was out on my own because of this.

For those who have been Benidorm needs no introduction. The new town is as British as you wan`t, with bars restaurants cafes and entertainment home style. You can eat and drink 24hrs if you wish. As with everywhere there`s good and bad. Prices are in general very good you will pay more for your drinks if there is a turn on.
The Levante Beach is one of the best I have seen you can even read the British papers for free.
I however have a liking for the old town with its narrow streets and tapas bars . There are also a good selection of shops a few British bars and some very good restaurants.
Benidorm caters well for all ages not just the summer hordes but the many of our older citizens who spend weeks or even months there at a time, especially in the winter.
To finish I didn`t have to check the soles of my shoes even once.
P.S. There`s a new shopping mall just opened, with around 150 shops, called La Marina , get No.12 bus, it`s near Carrefore Poniente side.

Considering the amount of dogs about the resort is quite clean.Owners generally clean up any dog mess straight away.Of course anything thats vertical gets weed on.
Dogs seem to be fashion accessories and carried around like hand bags.
Resort entertainment is very good.Free entry everywhere good singers,comedians,music,dancing.Whatever your taste its catered for.
Beer varies from 1.40 euros to generally 3 euros apint.Loads of 2 for 1 on bottles and shorts.
Food cheap can get a full english for 1.6 euros,chicken and chips 3 euros.Also found 2 good indian resteraunts Some Like It Hot,all you can eat for 12 euros and A Taste of India,well worth a visit.
Lavante beach is quite clean but does have more than its fair share of discarded fag ends on it but I felt it was much cleaner than Pontiente beach.
Eveyone I spoke to seemed to have been to Benidorm before.Some people many many times.If you'd asked me after the first week if I would come back again I would have said no,however after the second week I can see why people return and I guess that I probably will.

The resort it's great very clean but with not much entertainment. The hotel provides that though. The beaches are great with entertainment on and lovely sculptures. i will return to this resort!

Bars within Benidorm are excellent. Some funny comedians. I in particular liked Albi Senior(Blackpool comedian) on in the Stardust Cabaret Bar. Cafe Benidorm is good for a boogie.
I would recommend a walk along the promenade to the headland where the old meets the new town.
Didnt visit the beach much, as the sand can burn your feet underneath, even in June.

Unless you like to laze around a pool or walk around Benidorm for ages, or ly on a beach or even spend a fortune in the shops you won't enjoy Benidorm. Of course there are the main attractions of Mundamar or Aqualandia and Terra Mittica, but again you need a second mortgage if there are many in your trip....Watch out and be very careful of spanish motorists and mopeds, they do not know anything about road safety, they have no idea what the zebra crossings mean, let other people cross first to make sure. There are no taxis's that will take more than 4 people, so watch out. Other than that the weather was nice. When viewing the fiesta's which are held once a month i believe, be careful because the one we saw we were very close and they set fire to the effigy which stood 40 feet high and no more than 20 feet from us, bangers going off right next to you with no idea of a cordon off area.

as we are regular visitors to resort we have no complaints.the entertainment is there if you want it some very goods shows.the cleanliness is very good due to the amount of holidaymakers who pass through.some local pubs serve drink from as little as 70 cents so there are bargains to be had.food is very good outside both in spanish and british bars.beach is excellent as it is cleaned every night and very safe as gaurds are on duty,even swing parks supplied on beach for kids.a reading library is situated under shade for the avid readers.i have been going 2-3 times per year and have not seen a lot of theft which for size of resort is ace.i will definetly be going back in fact looking for cheapy for next 3 weeks and we have only returned would recommend for all ages

While Levante beach is kept very clean, it is not ideal if you like to swim in the sea, there are a lot of rocks. It's well worth a bus ride to the Old Town and a short walk through to Poniente beach where there are no rocks and it's very pleasant to swim there. Bus rides are cheap, 85c to most areas.

They really try hard to keep Benidorm clean. It is disgusting the rubbish people leave each day and they really work hard to clean the beach each morning. The beaches at Benidorm are beautiful. We really like the little beach which is between poinente and levante. Benidorm is great if you ahve children lots to see and do and if they are small you can take them on the beach at night on the slides. We love Benidorm you know what you are getting!!
