We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.
Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Second vsiit to Benidorm, although our first was a Winter break back in 1987.
This time we enjoyed the heat/sun and beach more.
You get used to the high rise buildings and the atmosphere is grand.
Didn't venture too much though as we were all inclusive and our hotel was so fantastic we didn't need to leave. But we did have a day trip to Terra Mitica which was ok but not the best theme park we have visited abroad.
The water park was fantastic though, but be prepared for plenty of bruises.
I's go again to Benidorm.

The beach was very near to the hotel. It was clean and the sea was nice and warm. You could rent out paddling boats and there was plenty eating options along the sea front.
There was no problem in getting sunbeds or umbrellas no matter what time of day you arrived at the beach.
The theme park is great value for money and the queues were minimal and it was a nice change from sunbathing.
The water park is also a recommended day out.
The night life fits all. There's plenty for families to do but for young people it is amazing and I would recommend going to the square!

This resort is brilliant! There is something for everybody the kids love Panchos where Phil the clown keeps them entertained whilst you enjoy your buy one get one free on the beer but beware he will give you a custard pie!
Also Champions has a children entertainer on similar to Phil the clown.
Jokers is a good bar and you can take children in though when it gets to around 12.30 they do ask you sit in the beer garden as it does get very busy.
Even though the old town seems quite a far away it is worth a look I really enjoyed it and the white doves are lovely.
The square is always packed out. The Aqualanda is a good day out and you can stay all day but you have to pay for sun beds though I did go twice and never got asked to pay, you can also go for just half a day which is quite cheap after 3pm, though if your paying by credit card take your passport as a lot of people didn’t and this holds up people getting in.
Didn’t bother with Terra Mitica this time as if you have small children there’s not much for them to do. But there is a smaller version similar to it with rides they can go on not on the beach front but the next one up!

Been to Benidorm 5 years running now and already booked again for next summer. This resort has something for everyone. During the day there are loads of things to do and the beach is immaculately clean. Thousands of pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants for on a night. There is a pub called Panchos for the small kids with a resident clown providing the disco he is amazing to watch!
Then there are pubs for singles, families and older people.
Have never found any other holiday to match Benidorm and that's why we keep going back.

Lovely place, never wanted to go to Benidorm ever as people said it was just like Blackpool. Far from it! The place is very nice excellent Lladro shop in the old town and lots and lots of excellent shops.

what can i say about Benidorm that already hasn't already been said...Blackpool with the Sun.......town itself is quite dirty & tacky everything you've heard is probably true and then some
Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are well worth a visit and easily take up a full day , Mundomar is equally as good though after 1/2 day you have been round the whole park at least twice ( even with a pram) and saw the dolphins ( all parks are about 7 euro in a taxi away)
Tickets to Terra Mitica are part of the package when we booked the holiday though trying to get these off the Airtours rep when we arrived at appts is an adventure in itself

The resort was very good although not much for the kids, very adult orientated on a night. A bit like blackpool in the sun!
The beach was very busy, but plenty of water sports going on.
