We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

Avoid!
If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Found this resort lovely, and the beach spotless.
Entertainment was brilliant, catered for everyone, from wee kids to pensioners, I've already booked to go back, we recommend this place to everyone.

This is Benidorm and Im sure everyone knows how brash it is but I love it (in our winter months)mainly for the showbars as it is not guaranteed sunshine,In fact it was cold when we visited. There are hundreds and hundreds of bars, shops and eating places. It has miles of clean sandy beaches and a lovely sea front. The old town is still very Spanish aand deserves a visit. The mountain villages nearby are wonderful and are easy to get to by local bus or free Blanket trips. They even go to a marvellous animal sanctuary near Guadalest,a very popular village.Along the coast are smaller pretty resorts all easily accessable by bus.It is quite a flat resort and we walk for miles along the coast,so good for people who dont like hiily resorts. Most people who go have been loads of times before and love the place.Lots of shops,Bars ,resturants are British owned.

Benidorm is Benidorm, what you see is what you get.
It covers the whole spectrum, seek and you will find. Surely everybody knows what is there, its wall to wall of whatever you want, you name it they have got.
The only advice I would give is that there is great public transport. Get on a train, bus or taxi and see what is out side of the resort. Try Villajoyosa on a Thursday or a stroll along the front at El Campello. No matter where you go getting back is a piece of cake.
The new direct airport to Benidorm bus at 6 euros makes booking your own holiday on the dates you require so simple and on "beninter.com" the booking of any hotel for any duration could not be easier (or cheaper).I have been to Benidorm four times since last September.
Finally would I go back? I am in only a few weeks time.

Benidorm is big, brash and cheesy. Only a prude would kick it for it's commercialism. It has something for everyone and a stroll (OK, a hike) along the promenade from Levante to Poniente is an ideal way to take in the best the resort has to offer.

We have visited Benidorm in excess of fifty times over the years.Whilst there were visits during peak times when our children young by and large we visit off season. It is very clean on our visits but i am sure our larger friends can alter our findings with ease.
The beach is superbly cleansed daily with the walkways cleaned frequently throughout the day

Benidorm in my opinion is a great all round resort. It has something for everyone the beach is excellent, there is club style entertainment with very good artists in the Lavente area but if you want it more spanish you can go to the old town. Benidorm is the place I have been back to the most in Spain.

Benidorm is all things to all people, want it quiet you will get it. Want it loud noisy and in your face its there.
That's why we have been going there for 22 years.

Really liked Finistrat, the beach was lovely and clean, and the boys enjoyed playing here. Alot of building work going on around hotel, so was noisey early in the morning. Would opt for centre of Benidorm if we were to go back.

Benidorm was great!!but I would imagine it is cleaner than when we went but that was only because there was alot of road works going on at the time. Talking of roads be careful when crossing as I kept forgetting I wasn't in England and looking the wrong way when it was time to cross. They are also a bit mad driving which I have found they are in most parts of Spain.
There was a place called Steptoes 1 we had a great night there, and also Stardust drinks were abit pricey though.
The beach was beautiful and clean and as we went in March it wasn't crowded, and there are some lovely bars and places to eat on the front.
I would defiantely give Benidorm another visit so here's hoping for next year(if hubby takes all the hints I have been lashing at him)
