Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week

This hotel was amazing very clean and friendly the pools were different class the markets were good especially the one in altea the hotel and resort were great.

The resort its self surprized me as heard it was very much like a spanish Blackpool, but can honestly say theres something for all tastes. was very pleased to see how clean the beach is and how the whole resort looks fresh every morning.

We love Benidorm. I`ve never found it dirty. I love the pubs and bars - never had a bad night. My fave place to eat is The Magic Roundabout. The food is 2nd to none and the service is great. Another great place for Brekkie or egg and chips is the Robin Hood. I love the outdoor market - I could walk round all day. The old Town is cute and great for exploring. The beach is wonderful and clean. Ooh, I`m so excited - only 3 sleeps!

Benidorm is the only resort I have ever been to and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It has everything. For children there is bowling, hundreds of arcades, a theme park and waterpark. For youths there is a never-ending choice of bars, pubs and nightclubs open all year round. For elders there is more low key bars and there is also a big bingo near the old town,which is very nice to have a stroll through with a huge selection of shops.

Lively resort with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean, especially the beach which is well looked after and cleaned every morning.

Benni is topps for a fun/shopping, sea ,sand and sun holiday, my mates wife bought 26 pairs of shoes on her first trip!!

i have been to the "Nereo" 7 times and i shall be going back yet again on the 4th may 2004, so that should give all the reasons why i think this hotel is fantastic.
It is situated opposite the indoor market, 15 minute walk to the sunday and wednesday market and 15 minute walk to the beach, it is also only a 5 minute walk to the square were all the night life is going on till early hours of the morning. I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel to the more senior people as the younger generation might find the hotel a little slow and boaring, but its still a great hotel no matter wot age, oh and they also cater very well for the disabled and infirm, i am disabled myself and hire a electric scooter everytime i go.

This is the first time I went on a all inclusive hoilday. I
I really enjoyed the hotel, and all the staff were friendly.
It was always clean and tidy. Meal times were excellent, however ice cream for the children was not free only at meal times. Its a fair walk to the coast from the hotel (i.e children and elderly people). The entertainment was very poor, and if you have children then you are stuck here.
They have a karaoke that seemed to finish really early and it is the same for when they was playing music at the pool side. Entertainment inside the hotel was totally crap. The only thing I would say that they would need to improve on is entertainment. You pay for an all inclusive holiday and end up having to spend more money to go out and enjoy yourselves.
The entertainment staff, none of the seemed to know what they was doing. It is just like going to one of our coasts for an holiday of an evening.
Apart from that the holiday overall was good.
