Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week

Plenty of entertainment to keep everyone happy from young to old.
The beach must be one of the best, the sand is fab easy accsess and you can walk along the beach from new to old Benidorm,
Did not see mutch litter about so that was ok.

The resort was clean and the dustmen do a good job they are out very late at night.But i did notice lots of flyers lying about the place .But all in all cant complain going back soon x

The resort itself caters for every age, people say its like blackpool, what a load of rubbish, where in blackpool could you sit in a front bar cafe in your bikini top drinkin freezing cold lager at 8 in the morning,or go dip in the beautiful clean sea untill 9 at night. Think benidorm think red hot sunshine friendly people beautiful beaches and clear blue sea. Loved every minute of the holiday from the aprtments to the resort we will be back.

This was our first time to Benidorm and i would go back tomorrow, Okay i've seen prettier places to look at but its clean and friendly and the beach was lovely. We were all inclusive so didn't explore much but the bits we did see were faultless.

as a benidorm regular i love it. only fault is that the beach was absolutely filthy this time. we litterally left after 2 minutes. dirty nappies. cigartte buts. but the used tampax was the most disgusting of all........shame on you whoever you were
