Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

Benidorm has got absolutely lovely beaches, very long sandy clean and safe. There are lots of swings and climing frames etc for kids scattered along the beach. Also lots of areas for you to rinse sand off yourself plus a lovely promenade with lots of bars and ice cream parlours. Very busy resort with entertainment that caters for all ages. Lovely Outdoor Markets on Wednesdays and Sundays. Plenty of good places to eat.

Benidorm - love the place, something for everyone. Foreign food. English food, fabulos beach, nice places to visit. Go to Benidorm before your die.

love it great shows on each night spolit for choice,dancing to the early hours fun fun all the way.beach lovley and clean with lots of activities on there, lots of shops to look around and places to eat.

I was surprised that i enyoyed Benidorm as much as i did. I have been to other resorts around Europe and i have to say, you can't fault the entertainment on offer (something for everyone). The beach was clean and of a good standard.

Was a bit wary to start with but by the end of the week was wishing we'd booked two weeks instead of one. Loved our apartments and loved the eateries in the new town. Loved strolling through the old in an evening. Felt so romantic. The beaches were so clean too. Was never pestered by timeshare toughts either which was a bonus. The shops were crap but aren't they all abroad. Would definitely return to Benidorm but only to the Terralta apartments!! Loving it. x

The resort is looking a little run down but there are some lovely places to visit. The beaches are cleaned every night and are nice.
