We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

We thought the resort was great and the spanish people very friendly. I prefer the Old Town (where we were) to the new town. If you like shops you will love Benidorm.
We would come back to Benidorm but just a different hotel.

Stayed in Benidorm for the first time and have to say was very pleasantly suprised. Favourite area though is the old town part. Felt very at ease while walking about late at night. Resort very busy when we went in July. Would go back again as the beaches were lovely and there is plenty of shops and entertainment.

when we booked our holiday we were told we would be close to the beach as it was it was a good 15 to 20 minutes walk and all up hill.there was hardly any entertainment around us mainly cafes and tapas bars which were nice but very quiet.the beach itself was very clean plenty of space to move around, always a sun lounger to hire at a cost of 4 euros.the bars were quite expensive especially for a vodka and coke. i think we stayed in the wrong part of benidorm, we wouldnt return but still enjoyed the 2 weeks.

the resort had loads of shops some geared for tourists but a lot of trendy boutiques the beach was gorgeous very clean with loads of sunbeds for hire didnt matter what time you went down there at there was always beds they cost 4 euroes each and same for the umbrellas it cost us 20 euroes a day quite expensive so didnt go every day, the nightlife in levante was brilliant every thing from quiet bars showing all the soaps back home to cabaret bars, a couple we went to were rockafellas and stardust great acts realy funny comiedians, another bar called gigelos had a comiedian who wasnt funny at all bit sad really, all in all i will defintly be going again in fact going in september but staying in a different hotel

If you want a good holiday in Benidorm then make sure you are in the centre. Don't bother with all inclusive as there are lots of pubs/clubs & restaurants at cheap enough prices. The shopping is quite good with a varied selection of shops. The beach is lovely and great for snorkelling, lots of watersports available and it's reasonably priced.

Benidorm is the Blackpool of the Costa's. We will go back to Benidorm but not in this hotel.
Ps. Don't walk up the hill (cardiac hill- my mum named it )to muundermar, take the bus or a taxi. It's worth the wait!!
