We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!
Avoid!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting
Go somewhere else

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Resort cleanliness was good, entertainment can not comment on as did not use it , unless it was shops plenty and I would say lots open. Beach standard looked good, first time at Benidorm but intend to return.

The resort of Benidorm has not changed much over the past ten years but it is starting to look tired!

Benidorm is Benidorm - you either love it or hate it. We love coming here for the new year. Plently of entertainment, cheap booze and lots of eating places. Very lively.

We can't fault Benidorm you either love it or hate it.
So much entertainment but some bars and cabaret bars do close down over the quiet winter months.

Still the same old Benidorm. Plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment of all sorts.
Try the China Garden between the indoor market and Flamingo Oasis. Slightly more expensive but well worth it.
Taxis from old town to new now starting to get expensive, catch the bus.

Loads of cabaret bars with entertainment such as tribute acts, singers and comedians from 9pm till 1am. The entertainment is free, but you pay for it with the price of drinks.
Bingo in the afternoon at Sinatra’s and in the evening at Buddies.
Buddies Bar has a Happy Hour until 10pm when spirit and mixer is €2.70 for two. At Day and Night it is €3.50 for two all day.
Went to Michael’s restaurant in the Old Town. They have an Early Bird menu for €7.95 from 4-6pm although it was available until 10pm when we were there over Xmas.
We had the 4 course menu of the day, €10.95. The starters were huge. I had pate with toast and salad, OH had seafood canapés with salad. We both had the rump steak with mushrooms, fried onions and tomato. I had a baked potato which was extra and we also had veg which was extra. I had After Eight mint choc cheesecake with cream and OH had trifle. With 2 coffees and a bottle of wine the bill was €35. The meal was excellent and the portions were huge.
Went to Monroe’s Carvery on Av del Mediterraneo between Calle Gerona and Calle Lepanto. OH had broccoli and stilton soup, we both had the carvery which is €4.25 – roast beef and pork, roast and mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, peas, carrots, cabbage, ratatouille, salad bar. OH had peach melba, I had banoffee pie which is as good as I’ve ever had. With 2 coffees and a bottle of wine the bill was €22 total and it was excellent. A really nice place too.

Our 1st visit to Benidorm...& Can Honestly say it will be our Last. A very Big, Loud, Dirty, Tacky Place. over built with massive Hotels every were you look & some very shabby apartments presume by the washing hangin over the balconies these are were some of the locals live.
Hundreds of shops all selling the same rubbish. Beach o.k. But nothing to Rave about just a beach.Hundreds of bars most selling Beer @ 1 euro a pint, Cheap bar meals etc.
Only things missing.... The Blackpool Tower. Lots of entertainment still going on / Acts /Kareoke/Bingo. Nothing nice to look at not scenic in anyway Just Hotels,Shops & Bars. We took a trip to Altea on the No 10 bus , What a Difference Stunning place well worth a short bus ride. Would we Go to Benidorm Again...Never. Altea yes Beni NO.

First visit to Benidorm in first week of October and weather was great, aside from one day which was a bit overcast and blowy. Loved the Old Town with its nice restaurants and bars. Hated the New Town with its clubs and English eateries.
