Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

we stayed in benidorm most of the holiday,and benidorms as we know it,its fine and we tend to travel into albir/altea/calpe for days out so the resort was really good

this resort very good for entertainment and also for cleanliness as beach and streets very good beach only a few minutes walk wherever you stay people always nice to brits food is available every where even for the really fussy eaters

We hadn't been to Benidorm for a couple of years and were very disappointed to see that it had declined in appearance. It is not the prettiest of places to begin with but it now has a look of neglect about it, especially the pavements, which were often broken and dangerous. There were a lot of closed units and those that were open were often empty. The standard of entertainment seemed to have declined since our last visit and we are not sure if Benidorm is for us anymore, as this is the main reason we visited. The only plus side is that we discovered the great bus service and had a couple of trips into Altea, which is a lovely place with loads of sea-front restaurants and lots of quality shops.

resort is good , you can find cheap bars at 1 euro a pint, perfume shops more expensive than ours, people still leave rubbish and cig ends on the beach which is a real shame. Get some cheap spirts and cigs, resort full of stag and hen doos at wkends, the mobilty scooters are a nightmare , lasy people just hire them and take it in turns to have a go, mainly english.
