We were told prior to leaving for our Holiday that there would be building work opposite our Hotel, so I was a little put off by this. Once we were there you couldn't tell at all that there was building work going on opposite, pleased to say this never ruined the holiday at all.
The staff at the hotel were wonderful you couldn't wish for anything better, entertainment was superb, nothing was to much bother. The reps were marvellous anything you needed to know was answered straight away no hesitation at all.
The hotel was very clean and tidy, food was brill even for the fussiest of eaters like me lol. Will be going back this year in a few weeks time I cant wait, going for 2 weeks again!

We have just returned form a great holiday at the Santa Monica Hotel. Upon arriving (early hours) the staff were welcoming and cheery.
The rooms are basic but well equipped and immaculately clean.
The food was good and you have an excellent choice which caters for even the fussiest of eaters!
The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, some of the staff were English so no problem in understanding you.
The daytime entertainment was varied and it was fun to participate with the other guests in the hotel. The evening entertainment was mainly done by the inhouse reps but we had some hilarious nights watching and participating in the shows etc. They also had two acts brought in to entertain us, flemenco show and a magician.. both of which were quite good considering we were on the very last week of the season and the hotel was due to close on our departure(reopens for two weeks at xmas and new year and again in March)
The kids are also included in a mini disco and certificate awards for the daytime entertainment.
There is also a quiet lounge for adults who want to have some peace and quiet.
They show recent dvd's and pc's with access to the internet to keep in contact with those at home.

The Entertainment staff were excellent especially Pepe and Marta who were there to entertain the children and adults all day and night - they made our holiday extra special. We didn't want to leave and a few tears were cried!
The choice of food was great there was always something there especially if you have a fussy 4 year old like we did!!!
Julian in the restaurant was the best restaurant manager ever!
The reception staff were always helpful and there when you needed them. They were always helpful.
We will be back again - definitely - already booked up for Summer 2005!

Brilliant holiday in a fantastic location.
Food was good and rooms were kept spotless. Entertainment was a bit dire but reps did their best. The staff are mostly british and they were the nicest we have come across so far.
Set in a lovely area with a great beach over the road. Only gripe would have to be the pool area it is small and when people start playing ball in the water you couldnt relax because the balls would often land on you as you tried to get a tan.
Kids club was great a brill holiday and we would go back again.

i really enjoyed this holiday and i would love to go back again.the cleaners were friendly,the reception were friendly and english.people should definitely go especially if you have children they have a kids club thats very good which keeps them entertained for a while.
the food is very good and theres a lot to choose from.the location is very nice you are near the beach,shops everthing.if you are at the back of the hotel it can get quite noisy but once you have shut the door its very peaceful.the rooms are very clean lots of space and you have a television that has sky digital channels and they put on recent dvds on 3 dvds a day one at 12.00 another at 17.00 and one at 21.00.the rooms also have air conditioning that keeps the room very cool.it works so much you think its cold outside when its not.the beds are also very comfy and the bathroom is very clean and nice.
there are air conditioning everywhere in the hotel which keeps it cool.the lifts are very funny because they live in a world of there own they shut when they want they go where they want but they always get you where you need to go.
the entertainment is great you have the kids club at 21.00 and the bingo at 21.40 where you can win alot of money i won 100 euros(

the hotel was lovely and very organised and very clean!!although it was very muggy outside inside is airconditioned and so are the rooms!
Everything is nearby so you dont have to walk long to get to the shops and beach!
the swimming pool was lovely and big and they clean the pool side every evening inside they have entertainment in the evening and a bar and pool table inside!I loved the hotel it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in its so clean and all the staff are all so lovely and for lunch there is a food place just by the pool wich is great to just grab a snack at lunch!!

What more can i say? Fantastic holiday had by all. I travelled alone with my son and the childrenś clubs and childrens reps, Sam, Teresa and Allan made a huge impact on my son and he would love to come back again. This has definately been the best childrens clubs we have been to (we went to taurus park in pineda de mar last year)
