My only concern was the food. I am a bit fussy and so all there was for me was chips and bread - but the other girls were more adventerous and tried spagetti, pasta salads and other spainish dishes.
I would stay at this hotel again, but not as all inclusive.

I arrived home from the hotel 2 nights ago and have just come back from the doctors as I am suffering from food poisoning and have been all the week. I knew this at the beginning of the week, however I had to continue to eat, what can only be described as the worst, disgusting, vile tasting food I have ever tasted in my life. My children had to live off fat filled chips and bread rolls as everything else was inedible. Their soloution to cold meals was a microwave, so it's no surprise everyone was ill, cross contamination everywhere you looked!
I read the reviews before coming away and decided to ignore the bad ones, plus I didn't have a choice as we had already paid it.
We had 4 beds in our so called family room, 2 of which were camp beds, it was more like a hostel, we didn't even have bedding until we demanded it. That took 5 attempts.
I have stayed in four star hotels all over the world, and I can't believe that they are allowed to get away with it.
We got a petition together whilst we were away, and am currently sending it to our so called travel agency, that assurred us a good time. We had to pay for the majority of the drinks menu, and the only entertainment was a pool table which costs 2 euros and an amusement arcade. We spent our entire holiday money on these machines, so as to entertain our children, we even had to buy our own water if we wanted it in our room.
Four star to me means a well stocked fridge in my room which is regulary topped up, but no, you have to queue at the bar, whereupon the self caterers get served first, and all inclusive are treated as second rate citizens!
This was a waste of my time, my families time, and we paid for the privelege to be ill.
You can visit the other hotel but you have to book if you want to eat, and you are not allowed to eat in your own hotel if your leaving that day, but are not being picked up until the night time!
I would not put my dog in this hotel so take heed please. I beg you!!!!

The food was average, you never went hungry, I am a 'fussy' eater and I was always full, and there were lots of choices, it was not always 'hot' but you can reheat your plate in the microwave in the dining area. (If you like a good cup of coffee then I suggest you take your own jar!!
The location of the hotel was great - 2 min walk to beach, shops up and across the main road where hotel is, English bar across the road (open late)regular buses to take you to lloret town centre which cost 90cents(63p) each way (well worth 4hrs walking round the shops in lloret)
Staff were all friendly, in particular Santana (reception) he was lovely and polite and helpful.
Entertainment was average, but similar every night.

As we visited the Hotel in October, the hotel was not completely full but still quite busy. The children were kept entertained all day and were never a nuisance whilst we were there. The rooms were spotless and the cleaners were very friendly and always said "Hola" when we walked along the corridors. The Reception staff were lovely and very helpful, they would do anything for you to make you stay more comfortable.
The food was always in full supply, as soon as the tray was nearly empty another would appear. The only problem we had was that there was not much variety for vegetarians and some of the food was not labelled properly but we did expect that to happen before we left so we were not disappointed. We also ordered picnics for lunchtime which we use to take to the beach each day and that was a really good idea if you wanted to go for a walk along the coast.
The roof terrace was a really good idea and it was really quiet as most of the families would be by the pool on the ground floor so it was a nice place to have a few drinks, read a book, and just relax.
The rooms themselves were always clean, there was the television with the few English speaking channels but that was enough for in the morning. The room was air conditioned and was cleaned every single day and we had fresh towels. We had three adults in our room and one of the beds was a camp bed but it was adequate for the week that we stayed there.
We went on the medieval castle night which was really good but you don

Whilst the food is a bit repetive, I can honestly say it's the best holiday we have ever been on.
The hotel is kept emmaculate, and the staff are so friendly, no stone is left unturned to make your stay enjoyable!

Fresh towels every day.
All the staff were very friendly.
Hotel is in a excellent location 1 min from beach shops and bars right outside hotel.
The food was excellent lots of choice.
Entertainment was good something different every night.
Pool was great kids loved it.
The only bad point was too much smoke in the reception/lounge area but other than that it was brill.
Will go back.

Rooms not dirty but cleaning was not great, had to clean floors myself.
Food very repetitive and not warm, maybe we did not go early enough. Didnt mind drinking out of plastic cups.
We got this holiday for a very good price so i can not complain, i think i got what i paid for.
Enjoy
