Get a room on highest floor possible, keep way from first floor as they put the German, Dutch and Belgium youths in there.

Resort was clean considering the amount of people on holiday there. The beach was shingle but well used and kept clean. We would visit loret de mar and the cleopatra hotel again. We all had a super time with nice warm sunny weather. What more could you ask for.

Very british resort, worth looking for the hidden tapas and local bars in the side streets, good base for visting the area.
Easy to drive, do not go to the football stadium on holiday days as it closes at 2pm, very good restaraunts in Tossa reached easier by boat than driving, market was rubbish.

The beach is shingle but there are some lovely coastal walks lots of bars and clubs good for young people.
You could also take the kids but personally i'd stay the other end of the beach where its much quieter.

Lloret de Mar is bustling - there is a good variety of shops, diners, clubs and entertainment.
The beach is lovely and very clean. It is definately worth a walk along the promenade.
The traffic seemed hectic but then doesn't it always when you are abroad. Be careful when crossing the road as the spanish drivers do not always stop for you.

Plenty to do, beach very clean.

Fenals was right next to the main resort of Lloret and it only took us 20 minutes to walk there - be it quite hilly! The bus fortunately stopped right outside our hotel and so we always opted for this choice - only 90 cents. Fenals beach is lovely and there is a lovely little spainish man who sells the best choc chip ice cream cones.
I would definitely visit this area again.

I had been to Lloret de Mar twice before and really enjoyed it.
The beach is great, lots of shops it really is a good holiday resort.
Lots to do and loads of shops to buy gifts etc.

The resort wasn't that bad ,although there was vast amounts of dog excrement laying around.
The clubs weren't bad but tropics which was meant to be awesome was full of Spaniards apart from us.
The beaches weren't upto much either they were a bit grainy bit like cat litter I suppose.
Got delayed at Gerona airport for 6 hours so that really topped off a bad holiday.

Overall roadsweepers out every day, generally litter free. The entertainment is good if you were on an 18-30 holiday! Definatly not for those wanting piece and quite. Beach very clean but shingly (fine). Would not visit resort again much too noisy!!

Visited two lovely beaches, one in Fanals and the other in Llorett. Plenty of lovely shops and also a big outdoor market once a week. We didnt see much nightlife as we went as a family so stayed at the hotel by night. Hotel well situated!!
