The Cye Holiday Center was very clean and loads to do. But at night all you could hear was the music playing from in the bar and kids would run along the corridors and ring all of the doorbells. The pools were clean, and the kids club was great to just leave the kids there and go and relax. The food was ok and the kids loved to go out onto the balcony and watch the trains go by and the staff were always happy to help.

We stayed at Cye twice, in 200? when it first opened and again 2002, so it must have been OK. The apartments are fine, simple but clean, and the whole complex is quite OK, with a level walk to the beach which can be a bit long at the end of a hot day. We did not eat in the complex and agree with the 'canteen style' comments of others. The first year the entertainment was great - dancers, shows, etc, but the next time we went it seemed to consist mainly of Bingo & Karaoki, which was a shame (for us).
We did not find the railway line a problem, but were not that close to it. The biggest issue was noise from other guests, who came in very late (2 a.m.)and made a lot of noise, including children running about. The corridors seem to amplify the noise. For this reason we will not stay there again. It is a pity that the incosideration of others tends to spoil it for those who like to sleep at night!
