Would book direct next time.
Food in the restaurant was lovely and well priced. Drinks were quite dear. There are 2 supermarkets on site which are not badly priced.Local staff are very helpful.
The pools were the best i have ever been too. Kids loved them!!
Entertainment was okay, just started too late,10.00pm was when the kids disco started. If i was going self catering i would go back to this site.

We stopped once again in their Deluxe 8 accommodation. After being shown to our accommodation by the reps, we noticed a rather strange device mounted on the wall. I was told that it was a timer for the air-con. The implications didn

Apart from that we had a fantastic time once again at Sanguli and the next time we go we will be booking through Sanguli itself as it is rumoured that some of the holiday companies wont be there much longer due to Sanguli demanding there land back of the tour operators for they are expanding and building there new lodges which i must say look far more nicer so well done to Sanguli management and we look forward to visiting the park in the future.

After a very short time this impression changed and all we saw was what a lovelly camp it was, so clean and with everything you could want for a fab holiday.
The security at night was very tight, which was fine by us adults, but it meant the kids could not hang out after the entertainment finished as they would be moved on and told to go home.
The three pools were lovely however our teenagers hungered for a slide or spring board in the main oasis pool as they soon got fed up with just jumping in. The slides in the smaller pool were too small for 14 and 15 year olds.
The on site supermarkets and restaurants were great, most of the staff friendly. We were a bit annoyed to find a life guard towards the end of the day throwing our towels in a bin instead of taking them to lost property! Apart from that though it would be difficult to find fault with anything else on site.
You have to be up and out by 9 in the morning if you want a sun bed, and as much as i hate leaving towels, to return later, if you dont join them you will go without.
We travelled through Keycamp and were disappointed with their service once we arrived. I arranged our flights and keycamp arranged the transfers, which went like clockwork.
However when we arrived at the camp, we had to wait 30 mins before a rep showed up to show us to our accommodation.
If we wanted to know anything we had to leave a note on a pad and the rep would come and see us when they got back from wherever, we had no welcome meeting, just an A4 piece of paper with information on it.
We were however invited to a welcome meeting 2 days before we were due to leave! on the odd occassion we needed to ask something we were advised to speak to reception as they did not have the answer.
Siesta (another tour company next door to us) were great and we found ourselves going to them if we needed anything, a truely professional set up in comparison.
We would definitely visit salou again but will probably avoid Keycamp.

Three sets of pools on the camp, bottom one surrounded by flies, second one, good slides but freezing, top pool fantastic, only problem you had to be up by 0830 to put your towells down on the sunbeds, I didn't really like this but the alternative was sunbathing on the deck.
Restaurants on the site were found by us to be better than the immediate area ones. I don't like the egg and chip type meals of the brit abroad and the camp meals gave you more variety.
Only two minor down points to this holiday was the entertainment which started too late at 2130 for our children and the fact half the reps seemed more interested in having a good time outside of work to be too interested in what happened at work.

Outside decked area with sun loungers /table, chairs parosal bbq everything you could need. Beach, which is brilliant was about 2 mins outside the main campsite entrance.
On site there was everything you could imagine, inc a doctor, masseur, 2 supermarkets, a shop, resturants, snack areas, ampitheatre, 3 pool areas, golf, tennis, football pitch, volleyball, the list goes on.
Staff at Thomson were very good and informative. Food on site was good and the whole site was clean and tidy. We would certainly return again.
